I found this website that takes your picture and shows you how you would look thin. So I ordered some pictures and I thought I looked sooooo much better. I taped these photos to my mirror in my bathroom so it was the first thing I saw in the morning. It really helped my self esteem. It really helped having that mental image. I didn't realize how much it would! I think there a few sites that do this but the one I used was thinphoto.com. It's a great motivator!

Interesting, I could see it being a good motivator.  You do have to pay for the service it seems though.

There is a site that will do for free, when you upload our photo. Someone when I first joined here that I was diet buddies with(who must have left) told me about it. I'll have to see if I can find it somewhere.

it's called weightview

Yeah weight view! It's pretty cool and you can also try it the other way around too make fourself fatter. It's a great motivational tool, posting your overweight yet edited pics next to your target body pic. It would surely remind you of your diet and scare the #%@&! out of you when you look at your obese picture.

I feel like that would lower my self-esteem. But if you can look at it once or twice and really struggle for that goal, it would help. But having a picture of what I'm not would just make me feel bad, personally.
