Hello, My name is Amy and I have been struggling with body image and self esteem. I am overweight and not happy with myself. I am thinking about doing something about it. The problem is I don't know where to start and what to do. I any one out there can guide me to what I need to do and where to start that would be great.
Here's on small tip that helps me. Do at least on positive thing towards your goal every day and keep a log of what that is. I log those things into my notes on my iphone and then look it over every few days. It's amazing how those small positive things can add up and keep you motivated. Stay positive!
