Hi,
I need some help finishing up these last 30 or so lbs. I've already taken off 165lbs. OY! And I keep putting on/taking off the same 10. Must stop that.
My biggest problem is, sugar. What a surprise. Oh, and man do I hate to exercise. But, you have to give up one and do the other.
Anyway, I'd love to give and get some HELP!

Hey Valerie!
165lbs is Amazing!! How did you do it? I am only trying to lose 72 lbs and its killing me! I have lost 22, well 21 as of this morning. I sometimes feel like i'll never get this weight off and i'll be stuck picking out clothes that I hate forever. It's really inspiring to hear how much weight you've been able to lose.
My biggest problem is salty food and alcohol. Chips and beer are awesome. I have managed to cut out eating and drinking those things, now i'm just fighting my body in the gym trying to get this weight off. And it really does feel like a fight.
I'm here if you want to try and get this thing done together.
