Hey there! I'm 32, 5'8 and 190. My goal is to lose 72lbs. I have already lost 22, so just 50 more to go. I get into the gym 6 days a week and have been working hard on eating right and not "crash dieting". I think i've finally figured out that its going to take time to get this weight off, just like it took time to put it on.
I'm hoping to find an online buddy that is looking to lose around the same. More is fine-just someone that's going to be around for awile. I think it really helps to have someone to chat with that's going through the same stuff. I'm on the computer most everyday. I could use some encouragement and would love to give some back! Also any tips would be great. Let me know if this sounds good to you!
Thanks, Jessica

Hey there Krista! So today I didn't make it to the gym-which sucks because I have been pretty consistant about making it there 6 days a week. So starting tomorrow I am going to try to "up my game" and work in some strength training as well as cardio. I also bought a yoga dvd to do at home. The last, and only, time I tried a yoga class I sucked at it and it was embarrassing. So i'm going to learn the ropes at home. I have a friend that lost 70lbs and she said that adding in yoga really helped her. I'm going to try a lot of things to get this goal accomplished. Except for unhealthy/unsustainable things.
Anywho...that's where I'm at. How are things going for you?
