Hey Ladies!

Welcome Val! I hear you with the emotional eating - I am such an emotional eater. I always stick with the tried and true excuse that what I eat is the ONLY thing I can control in my life. But that's not true at all haha Congratulations on your weight loss so far!

And congratulations to you Allana! You should be SO very proud of yourself, I know I am. You've been sticking to the activity and calorie counting and look what it's done for you! You've got this whole weight loss thing under control, for sure... it's all downhill from here - right? haha

And Haze! You've lost quite a bit too.. it sounds like we're all on track. By then end of the 10-day mark you will have lost at LEAST 5 pounds (and that's definitely under-estimating).

Anyway I just wanted to let you ladies know that I have joined http://www.livestrong.com and my nickname there is AllyJean - so friend me.. stat! This is my second official day and let me just say.. it's the best tool ever. I didn't realize how much I was under-eating most days and over-eating others. I honestly thought I could just estimate my intake and the amount of calories I burn everyday... BUT now that I'm on the site I have realized: 1) I don't drink nearly enough water, 2) I take in WAY too much sodium, 3) I don't get enough protein now that I'm a vegetarian again... and 4) working out everyday (whether it's a big amount or small) makes ALL the difference when trying to lose weight.

Before having increased my fitness on Monday I was plateaued at 298, and now since I have been working out everyday AND counting calories/measuring everything I've already lost quite a few pounds... I will do the big reveal on Monday with my updated fitness plan.

Anyway I hope everyone is doing well.. I miss you Wicked! You are my partner in crime and my motivation! You better add me to that site thingy so I can comment all over your plate. hahaha

Ciao and Happy Weight-Loss'ing Everyone!

Hey Ladies!! :heart:

Thank Goodness it's Friday! I was so ready for this weekend I could of sobbed like a child. And I'm not even sure why I am so ready for the weekend, I have to work Sunday. Haha.

Welcome to the group, Val! :star: I am glad you decided to join us afterall. I think you won't have any problem slipping right into home here; we all care a lot about one another, at least I know I care alot about everyone else here. I've told Sugar several times, when you have a lot to lose or are going through a big lifestyle change.. those who experience it with you become life long friends. Which I am very excited for. It looks like you and I are very close in weight, my first goal is 200lbs.. I'm not there yet. 10 lbs to go! Welcome again!

Hazel- I am so glad you decided to join us as well! Sugar has an awesome dvd (she could tell you more than I could about it) that centers around indoor walking and doesn't require a tready or what have you.. Maybe it's something you could look into. I got a pilates dvd from Walmart.. for like $14 and it came with resistance bands. It's also broken into five 10 minute workouts. So if you're short on time, you can do one 10 minute session or you can push them all together for a 50 minute session. I also bought a dance dvd.. but I am not down enough to do that! I have no rhythm! It's more like I stand there staring in disbelief, rather than dance.. and it's broken into 10 minute sessions as well. I'll start that once I hit the 200lb mark I think.

Allana- I am SO SO SO proud of you! Look at how much more weight you shed when you toss in a little exercise! Totally boosts you! I am so motivated, thanks to your loss! You all know I've been struggling, that's no lie.. I'm just hoping I can finally get back into a regular exercise routine so I can start seeing bigger results. (Right now, I'm at a pound a week or so). Keep up the good work and don't burn yourself out on walking, change it up a bit! Note the portion about pilates I wrote to Hazel. :)

Sugar - Last but certainly not least.. No need to miss me too much! I'm right here! Partner in crime signing in. :) I friended you on livestrong.. I am not sure if you have your plate set to public but you may have to do that. I can't wait to comment there with you and help you with food choices and vice versa. :) I am so proud of you as well! Look at us.. all slimming down (some faster than others).. and our little corner of the world here is growing! Started out with just two.. hence the name.. now we're up to a handful! I love it. Can't wait to see your updated stats, Sugar. This coming monday, is that when we're posting new plans and stats? Is everyone good for that?

As a personal update, I did get up from work to climb the stairs a bit extra today to get my blood pumping. No tready. *sigh* I swear girls, it's an uphill battle with me and the thought of home exercise. I guess because I'm gone so many hours of the day..when I get home, I don't want to exercise.. I want to do lazy things. I promise you though, I am going to get a handle on this and swing myself back on track.. very very soon. I've still been eating pretty healthy though! So glad to have the new members with us.. hope you can make yourself right at home and bare through my long winded posts!! :moon:

Talk more soon!!

There are certain cardio exercises that i cannot do as i have titanium plates and screws in my right lower leg and ankle.  I have the tinies living room and nowhere else to exercise .  The Wii Fit is great I just need to do it every day as I have reached the free jog and yoga is great too. there are loads of things on it that I can do just need to give myself a kick in the a** and do it.  I have been on www fitday.com and am recording my food intake etc as it is so easy to use .  Tomorrow I am going to get a good pedometer and try and up my walking a bit more.

Thanks for all the congrats guys! It feels great! I kinda celebrated today by going to Carlos O Kelly's! I may have overeaten a little, but I also excercised a little-only 10 minutes. I think I'll be okay!

I'll post more tomorrow.

Have a great night girls!

Happy Saturday girls!

I'm going out to lunch with a friend today, so that may be a challenge to eat well, and not over do it. But I got a little more encouragement this morning from the scale :-)

My current weight that I posted was 204.6 and this morning I weighed at 203.8. Small victory, but a victory none-the-less. Almost to my first goal of 200 (well, 199). Yay!

I hope you ladies have a wonderful Saturday and I'll check back in later this evening.

Keep up the great work!

Hey girls!

I did so great today! I'm very proud! Here's a list of my accomplishments:

1. I resisted all the sweets at work today. (Donuts, Reese's, Snickers etc.)

2. I went out to eat and controlled my hunger with a filling sandwich.

3. I drank a little more than 64 ounces of water.

4. I worked out for 30 minutes after nearly quitting after 10 mintes. lol (Walk away the pounds DVD)

Sugar :tongue:- Just so you now, on the livestrong site, you can change the serving size so you dont have to type your peanut butter and jam in twice. Just click the 1.00 next to your item and you can change it to 1.50 or 2.00.

Val :dog:- Great job! That is a great loss none-the-less! Good luck in reaching your goal! How did the dinner go? Did you do well?

Hazel and Wicked :duck:- Hope to hear from you soon!

Tip of the day: Always remember this when choosing what to eat! No matter what you decide to eat, once you eat it, it's over. Either you can choose to eat a whole bag of chocolate kisses by yourself and then be full, or you can eat a salad, and still be just as full! It's up to you to make the choice!

Morning evryone.  Its a bright Sunday morning and am planning to do some time exercising today.  I have just had to mop dry my living room floor where I found nearly half of it covered in water.  I cannot find the source of where it came from so am watching the heating system for leaks.  That was my first bit of exercise ...lol lol.

Billy has a really bad chest infection so have told him to stay away until he gets it sorted.. I have just recovered from my second bout of pneumonia in 12 months and don't want another chest infection just yet.

Breakfast is

500mls water

small bowl of special K with banana cut up into it...no milk I like my cereal dry (sad arn't  I)

250 mls grapefruit juice  unsweetened

Don't know what I will be eating for the rest of the day yet but will post and update this post with it.

Hey Ladies!

Just a quick note to update... I've been working out everday since monday, counting calories since wednesday and have officially blasted through the plateau I was previously at. As silly as this sounds... working out and counting calories makes all the difference. AND now I'm not under-eating too!

Val :rose: , Haze:sun: & Wicked :shooting_star: - You ladies are doing great! Keep up the absolutely awesome work AND take it one step at a time. We'll all get there.. a year from now we will be looking back as wondering why it seemed all too easy after the fact! haha

Allana :apple: - Thanks for the advice for logging the calories, I'm still trying to play around with settings and figure things out but I'm getting it slowly and surely. And I can't believe you got "Walk Away the Pounds" with Leslie Sansone! That's the DVD I use for my 45 min/3 mile walking routines! She is so awesome, and the time just kind of flies by. Which one are you using? You can also probably google the title for the average mph in each workout (that added option on livestrong). The one I use is between 2 to 6.5mph so I put my walks at 4mph, if that helps any.

Anyway I've gotta jet. Full day of homework. Tomorrow is stat/fitness plan day ladies! Is everyone ready?

Ciao and Happy Weight-Loss'ing!

Hey girls! I started off good today. I'm having a small sub sandwich and grapes before work.

Sugar:grin:- I got the one with 3 mile or 4 mile workouts and had a strechie band with it. I almost quit at ten minutes cause it was kicking my butt, but I made myself continue for 30 minutes. Which one do you have?

Hazel:grin:- Housework and mopping definitely counts as exercise! Good work! Hope you do well this week and don't catch anything.

`Hope you guys are having a great Sunday!

Everyone looks like they are sticking with their plans, eating well, and exercising.  Keep up the good work ladies....you are all my inspiration!

I did pretty well with going out to lunch. I was worried I'd give in and be impulsive and eat at least 3 of all the worst foods on the menu!  I did well though.....salad w/ about 2 T of light ranch, broccoli, and grilled chicken. I did have a dessert, but it was tiny...only about 4 or 5 bites worth....it was smaller than a pudding cup.

Yesterday was kind of wierd though. I did well all day, but then toward the evening, ate way too much of this dessert stuff my friend gave me.  Felt really bad about it, and so did my body, b/c I ended up getting sick, and let's just say some of it came back up. Today, I'm actually going to have to make myself eat. It is almost 6pm and I've only had 450 calories so far today. Got TONS of homework, so no gym time tonight, unfortuneately, but going to hit it extra hard tomorrow. So, I've done pretty well this weekend, with the exception of the stuff last night and then getting sick from it. It was popcorn covered in caramel and white chocolate by the way. I should have only had a small handful so I didn't crave it, but ended up eating like 4-5 handfuls....yuck! (but oh so yummy, lol).

So, we do updated weigh-ins and everything tomorrow? Should I include any other info tomorrow?

Thanks ladies!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and I have a spring challenge (going until May 20th) and a St. Patty's day challenge (going til March 17th) on the challenge board if anyone wants to join in.

Morning Ladies!

Sounds like you have a jammed pack day Haze :sun:, but have fun at your workshop (if this is a fun workshop lol) and good luck with walking from your bus stop the cruise ship! It sounds like you're going to have quite a long day!

Thanks for the invite to your challenges Val :rose: - I know you'll meet your goals, and if not any weight loss at all should always be celebrated! I kind of have my own *internal* goal.. I want to have officially lost at least 50 lbs by my university graduation on June 5th.. so wish me luck!

The WATP DVD I have is the exact same as yours, Allana :apple:! Mine is the 3 mile advanced walk with the stretchie band in the last mile. The stretchie band ALWAYS without fail kills me every time! Sure, I'm sweating 10-15 minutes into the first mile, but those reps make my arms BURN hahaha I guess that's a good thing though right? No pain no gain! How are you liking your WATP DVD so far? Have you made it the full 3 miles yet? Don't you find Leslie's peppy attitude a bit annoying sometimes? haha

I've been keeping on eye on your dailyplate totals and fitness, Wicked :shooting_star:, and you are doing so well! You're definitely balancing out your g of fat, g of carb and g of protein intake AND sticking to the portion sizes. The amount of activity you're doing is so great too! You have SO many badges, I hope I can somewhat catch up to you soon hahaha

Well ladies, today is the big day so here are my updated stats and my revised fitness plan that I have been following for the past week...

Sugar Plum:martini:
~~~~~~~~
Starting weight: 312 lbs
Current weight: 289.8 lbs
Total Weight Loss Thus Far: 22.2 lbs
1st goal weight: 275 lbs
Ultimate goal weight: 175 lbs
And my fitness plan will consist of 20 minutes of pilates 7 days a week, and at least 40 mintues of cardio 5-7 days a week. Sounds simple, BUT as you can see on my dailyplate, if I have the energy I double up on the cardio whenever I can.
Hope you all are doing well and I will check back in in a few days.
Ciao and Happy Weight-Loss'ing!
OK ladies, I seem to be having a problem. I have been really lowering my calories but not on purpose. I try to stick to 1500 but I sleep really late in the day til at least noon and then I go to bed late.
My calorie intake for today is only 966. I had a sandwich and soup for lunch. That was about 1 pm. Then I had some grapes as a snack at about 5pm. At 7pm I had dinner which was some baked lays chips with sloppy joes made with veggie meat instead of real meat. (I use to eat it all the time when I was a vegitarian.) Then for a snack, I had 2 peices of toast with butter and apple butter.
I still only have 966 calories. I don't know whether to eat more or just keep it the same, because I'm not hungry. I also want to exercise tonight. I'm not sure what to do.
Any advice?
Hey Ladies!
Everyone is doing so WELL! I'm so proud. I've been slacking.. :dizzy: And with working two jobs, at the moment I only have time to update my stats and fitness plan. Sorry I haven't offered much support the last few days via posting, but just know you all have my support even when I'm not talking. :thumbsup:
Stats:
Starting Weight: 223.2 lbs
Current Weight: 212.0 lbs
Total Lost: 11.2 lbs
First Goal: 200 lbs
Overall Goal: 145 lbs
Fitness
  1. Walk the stairs 3 times a day, 3 times a week.
  2. 20 Reps with resistance band, both curls and lifts x2, 3 times a week.
  3. 0.5miles on Tready, 3 mornings. 1.0mile on Saturday and Sunday.
I know that seems low in miles on the treadmill and exercise in general but the truth is... I am low on time. I work 14 hours a day, 16 if you add in drive time..18 if you count getting up in the mornings til I get home.. As you can see, that leaves very little time for anything except sleep. Hope you guys do well! I have faith! Will check in soon!
Allana:  If you are going to be working out, I would definitely try to eat some more calories. It might seem wierd to "want" to eat more calories, given that we are all trying to lose weight. However, I would try to eat something 30-45 minutes before you workout, and then something afterwards, as well. some type of protein, along with a carb or sugar is good....I will eat a little bit of tuna and an apple or something before a workout, so that I get enough calories to give me energy for my workouts. If I don't eat enough before, I can definitely notice a lack of energy and even may get dizzy or light headed, even though I am drinking tons of water to stay hydrated. I guess my advice would be to eat something before you workout, even if its just something small (so that even though you may be "forcing" yourself to eat, it won't be that much). I hope this helps!  Good luck!
Girls, I have been beyond stressed today!  but instead of wanting to eat more (like I usually do when I'm stressed), I have lost my appetite. Similar to what Allana was saying, I have only had 980 cals today and still wanted to workout. I am going to have to make sure I eat something before working out, even though i don't want to....but I want to workout in hopes it will relieve some of the stress. Ah, the joys of losing weight!!!  lol :)
I hope you are all doing well today. also, I really appreciate hearing how you all are doing, as it gives me extra motivation, and god knows I can use all of the motivation that I can get! lol
Hey Ladies!
Just a quick note in response to Allana's earlier post...
I've read in a LOT of books and articles that it's best to eat within 30 minutes after working out and most of the sources suggest a glass of chocolate milk (yes you read that right.. chocolate instead of regular) and something with protein in it, most places suggest pb&j sandwich (seriously) OR even pasta.
I know that sounds a bit out there but I've been eating pb&j after workouts and I'm definitely noticing a difference as far as getting my calories in AND eating well-balanced meals AND the amount of lbs I lose day to day.
The only other thing I would suggest is that you take a look at.. I guess it's called the "food pyramid" down there, and make sure your calories are representative of the servings in the food pyramid that you should have daily.
So for example, I'm supposed to have 2 servings of meat and alternatives. So by having 2 tbsp of peanut butter after a workout I'm having 1 of my 2 servings for the day. Some added protein in dinner and I'm good to go.
I understand your frustration with the calories, I've been having problems with undereating too. But the second you get your calories up to the levels they should be you will see IMMEDIATE results. When you undereat your body goes into "starvation" mode and hangs on to all of the weight it possibly can. So just slowly work your way up to increasing your calorie amount. Also, consider having meals with higher caloric values OR increase the number of snacks you have throughout the day.
I hope this helps, Allana.. and I hope everyone is doing well.
Happy TGIF-Eve! haha
Ciao
Sugar.
Thanks girls! You've been very helpful. I ended up not working out that day, so I think I am okay. I'll try to bump up the calories. The only problem is I can't snack all day I work. I have my one break in the middle of my day, but that's okay. I'll try to figure something out.
Thanks!
I weigh in tomorrow. Last friday I was 284.2 so we'll see!
Good luck to everyone!!
So tomorrow is weigh in day and I am starting to get unmotivated.
No offense girls but I think we need to bump up on our posts. I was really motivated when I had to reply on my progress every day but now everyone has stopped doing that and so have I.
I only worked out 2 times this week but stayed in my calories all week and I feel like I'm going to gain on my weigh in tomorrow.
Anyways, Hope to hear from everyone soon!
Hey girls!
So, I'm not as peppy as last week when I lost 5 lbs, but that's okay. This week I only lost .8 lbs. That's almost a pound, so it's still a loss. Plus I'm bloated from "you know what!", so do you think that could have something to do with it?
Anyways, a loss is a loss none-the-less! Yay me! lol
How is everyone else doing? Everyone still on track?
My next weigh in is on Monday and I seem to be looseing very slowly even tho I am just 3 plus weeks into my eating plan.  I lost 4.4 lbs in 10 days but don't know what Monday will bring.  I don't care what I loose as long as the weight comes off and not on.
Hey ladies..
Yes, Allana, that has everything to do with it! haha It's about that time for me too and my weight is yoyo'ing everyday (I know I know I shouldn't be weighing in everyday).
And Hazel, a slowing down with weightloss isn't necesscarily a bad thing. You have to keep in mind that during this whole weightloss "journey" that you will lose weight the fastest within the first little while that you change your lifestyle. As you body becomes accustomed to increased activity and different types of food your weight will level off. Try not to get too invested into preconceived expectations you may have - if you go into a weigh in with no expectations than any loss will be a good loss...
Which is WHY you should be proud no matter what, Allana. You are so right - any loss is a good loss. And even if you were to gain, you should only look at it as a learning experience. There is no 100% right way to lose weight for everyone, and everyday will be trial and error until you find the perfect fitness/food formula that works for you and your body.
And on days when any of you may feel unmotivated just take a few moments to yourself and remember why you started this journey in the first place. We've all had our rough patches when it comes to our weight, and it wasn't long enough ago that you may have run out of breath going up one flight of stairs, or dreaded walking ANYWHERE. When you get to those moments just focus on how your body feels right this minute and how much you want to improve that overall good feeling that you have.
My mom actually told me a really wise thing today when I told her that I wasn't getting a lot of support from friends with my new lifestyle. She said that motivation and perservence need to come from within.
Hope this helps, and I hope everyone has a restful and productive weekend..
Ciao
Hello Ladies! :devil:
Yes - I live! Shocker, eh? It's been a long week and I'm at work currently, so forgive me for my shortness of post. I just wanted to check in..
I've not had the time to fit in a bunch of exercise, I did some tready time and a little pilates this week but to be honest, have lacked the energy for much else. I am going to try to use today and tomorrow to bust out a couple of miles on the treadmill. Forgive me for my lack of motivation?
I agree that we should try checking in daily here, it's a lot more motivation when you know you have to check in with progress, fears and just general chatter each day. So with that, I will try to do what I can about checking in daily..
CONGRATS on all the weightloss, ladies! I am so proud! I am hovering back up at 212 and I'm just trying not to worry about it, my eating has been iffy this week..within calories but :pizza: really isn't healthy. Though I did get spinach and cheese on wheat crust. Ah well, we'll see how this works as the time progresses and my work schedules becomes more solid. Right now, it's pretty much up in the air.. and I've been working 14 hour days.
Hope you guys have a great Saturday! I'll check in tonight to let you know if I succeeded on getting my exhausted butt on the tready or not. Eat well, rest well! :apple:
Hey girls!
Lately I have been eating really good, but I'm not really in the mood to work out due to it being "that time of the month"! lol Plus, I worked 10-7 today and am very tired! I'm ready to eat dinner and go to bed!
Today I have some baked chips before work, and then had a salad for lunch, and I'm getting ready to eat some grilled chicken for dinner.
Hope everything is going well! Can't wait o hear about your weight losses!
Hey Ladies! :apple:
 You have all been WAY too quiet! I'm so busy with both jobs and I've been massively sick this week with a head cold..so no exercise for me and I'm eating whatever tastes good, cause not much does.
You all aren't writing every day, even if I don't write every day..I do look forward to reading all of you! I weighed myself this morning, to assess the damage.. and I'm at 208.8!! 8 pounds from my first goal!! Now, I had to weigh myself twice because I was sure it was a fluke! But I got 208.8 both times so that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
How're you ladies? MISS YOU!
Hey Ladies!
I have busy this week as well with final projects for school. I haven't excercised all week, and I have eaten out about 5 of the 7 days of the week, but GUESS WHAT?!
I LOST 5.2 LBS THIS WEEK! Today was my weigh in day and I feel great. I tried on some clothes at my favorite store, and one-size-smaller jeans fit! Yay! I am so super excited.
Thanks for all the support guys! Great job Wicked and great job everyone! I'm so proud of all of us!
Hey ladies! :martini:
Both are you all a quiet bunch lately. Surely the Spring hasn't caused us to fall back? I was just wanting to check in. Congratulations on all the weight loss! You guys are doing fabulously! Just think about how good it will feel to buy Summer clothes in a size or two smaller!! It makes all the difference in how we feel.
I went over to Highlight my Mom's hair, and every time I go over, she has me try on her "Skinny Jeans"..and by that I mean, she buys all sorts of jeans that are too small in the hopes someday that she'll get into them. By skinny, I don't mean literally..they are a size 18 probably. Anyways, so every time I try them on..they never fit..
EXCEPT THIS TIME! I got into one pair of them that I hadn't been able to before, so she gave them to me..of course. She even mentioned (as I haven't seen her in a few weeks) that I was looking a little slimmer, that she could tell I'd lost some weight.
Huzzah!
I'll write more tonight, I am at my first job for a little while longer before I go to the other job. I have not been counting calories because my eating has been sporadic at best, mostly because we haven't had enough money to buy groceries so we're just eating whatever we can find.. One night we had a can of green beans and a can of corn for dinner.. *laughs* Gotta love married life and being poor. :P But I am trying to be mindful of my intake and now that I'm over being sick, I'll hit up the tready again..or at the very least..pilates.
Be good ladies!
Hey Ladies!
Sorry I have been MIA for a week or so. Last week was really rough for me.. my computer crashed about 4 days before my final thesis presentation so I lost everything, and my parents decided to inform me that they put on offer in on a house for me the day before the homeowner didn't accept the offer. Needless to say I've been off the exercise and calorie counting for a week.
I feel so guilty and I'm having such a hard time getting back into everything. I've been trying to stick to lower calorie foods - but without counting there's no way of knowing whether I am under-eating or over-eating.
I've decided that I'm at least going to TRY to get back into the rhythm of things today, but we'll see.
Anyway I haven't had a chance to read all of your posts yet so I will do that before posting another reply. I hope all of you are doing well - and I am sure you are sticking to your regimes in which case I am so proud of all of you :smile:
Hey Ladies :martini:!
So sorry I've been incognito! I've been working two jobs and caring for a house.. I have virtually NO spare time. But, I have been sticking to at least eating better, even if I havent been counting my calories -and- I haven't been exercising in the traditional sense. I like to think all my running between jobs, cleaning house and taking the stairs does pay off a LITTLE. By my weigh in, it's not much. I am going to get back into the swing of things, I swear.
With the warmer weather coming, I have every intention of getting outside. My husband and I play tennis for fun so we're looking forward to a good warm weekend. Has to be the weekend because I'm at work all week from before sun up til after dark.
Alas - here are my stats! I hope to post every couple days at the very least, I wanted to start this week off right.
Stats:
Starting Weight:
223.2 lbs
Current Weight: 208.7 lbs
Total Lost: 14.5 lbs
First Goal: 200 lbs
Overall Goal: 145 lbs
Fitness:
Whatever I can manage to squeeze in. I'm hoping I can do some resistance band reps in the mornings and some crunches and push ups and then I've got an hour for lunch, so on the good days I'm going to walk for the last 30 minutes of my lunch outside in the fresh air. That's all I got.
How're you ladies?
Hey Lady,
I've fallen off the wagon myself..gained some back. I'm really looking forward to setting up a new fitness plan. I may convert to Friday plans, like you do; so that we are looking for each others update on the same day.  I'm almost scared to see what I'm back up to, I just know I hate myself for falling off the wagon as easily as I did.
Congratulations at being so close to your first goal!! I am so proud!!!
We will get back on just fine! I think that if it ends up to just be us that replies, we should start a new forum for just us so it's easier to follow. It got really hard to follow when we had so many people in this group.
Allana,
I have yet to officially get back on the diet wagon, so to speak.  We're so tight on money that we've just been buying enough groceries for dinner so eating lunch and breakfast is iffy on most days.
My opinion on the new thread is that we keep this one for a little bit longer in the case that Sugar pops back around; I know she was moving a few weeks ago and the chances are that she's just not settled in yet.  But once we give her a few more weeks and if she doesn't reply, then I think it'll be fine to start a new thread for the two of us. I'm still contemplating my goals and what is realistic, my biggest thing is making goals that are not at all realistic and then getting discouraged when I don't reach them. I think I even gained some weight back, I'll post my stats tomorrow morning..I like to weigh myself in the mornings...before I have all sorts of water and food stuffs.
How're you coming along? I bet you've reached that goal!!
What did you think about posting once-a-month pictures of ourselves? Just to see if we.. or others..can see the difference!
Sorry I don't have much time, but...
That's fine with me. I would love if Sugar came back too!
I actually gained a pound last week! Oops! lol
I have no problem posting a pic every month. Sounds good!
