Wow Jessica that's a loong time. That must be some real love 
You can probably see your muscles as well because you've lost weight, before they where just hidden under the fat.
I decided not to weigh myself until this friday. And I decided to be very very good foodwise and exercisewise. I played tennis monday, ran yesterday, and did volleyball today. I am running tomorrow and I borrowed a workout video that I might use on friday. I am running again saturday but that's all I have planned. That is really improvement! I am looking up some running programs with intervals and stuff so I eventually can run far and long! Because I am not to fit to start with.
Food is pretty good as well. Have kept myself from a lot of stuff. But I don't know if I have lost weight friday because I might have gained muscle. But I am very happy with my effort so far...
Where are you Sweetkisses? When you are back we can all update our 'stats' weight-wise or whatever, but it has to be after friday morning of course
I hope I've lost friday, I can't wait to get closer to a healthy BMI.

Well the top part of my belly ive lost like an inch or more, middle of my belly ive lost one inch but the pouch at the bottom of my tummy has gotten no where!

So that sounds like a lot of exercise just thinking about it haha
I well on the other hand have done really nothing, yesterday i did half of the 30 day shred thingy and went up 7 sets of stairs but thats it
Food, may have not been fast food, but i eat a lot lol Actually i do awesome until my boyfriend gets home. . . thats why i refrain as much food until he gets home, so my calories dont sky rocket.
Friday sounds good too me,
and hopefully shes back by then :)
and i agree with you i defitley want a healthy non-overweight BMI!

So yah! Very succesful day and couple of days for me.
Now, Sweetie hasn't checked in, but I better post before I forget!
Stats:
Starting Weight (December 2009): 75kg (165 lb) or a little above...
Goal: 55-60kg (121-132lb)
Weight this Monday: 68,5kg (150.7 lb)
Weight today!: 67,2kg (147.84lb)
Weight lost to date: 7,8kg (17.16lb)
BMI: 26,3
Running ability: 5 min if not tired, and get very tired...
Running Goal: 30 mins without getting tired, mini-goal 15min
Imediate goals: 67kg by 25. feb. Fit my skinny jeans. Be a healthy BMI
So I hope that was ok! I am very very happy with today, after the hard work I put in the past few days, with such a loss though, it was totally worth it! And I was afraid I'd gained... 
But this shows me I am in control, and can't let the food control me. I've also started running, and I am very happy with my effort I hope I can continue, and I hope I do not gain tomorrow, if I decide to weigh myself. I might not, and wait another 4 days again. Though I won't be so tough on myself, I have been eating little (enough, but little). I am very optimistic and happy I am doing this for myself. Guys think... we are doing something amazing for ourselves at the right age! We are very strong and stubborn, in a good way! We are, if I may give myself a compliment within a compliment, amazing and nothing less for pulling ourselves together.
Hope you both are doing great, but I trust that you are. Let som of my postitive energy fly across the sea to you both!

I defitley agree with you on doing it at the right age, its definitely better now then later, with faster metabolism, instead of working 2ice as hard when were older
So i got 165 this morning but ive lost inches
Beginning
38 -Bust
34- underneath my chest
36- around my bellybutton
39- underneath my bellybutton
41-hips
Currently
37- Bust
32-U/N Chest
35-bellybutton
38 1/2 - underneath my bellybutton
401/2- hips
So ive lost 5 inches, im def not going by pounds anymore cause like its up one pound still so. Im def not going by numbers of the scale :P
plus, one of the things that sucks about being a girl is around this week :( started today as well with my sickness so im sick with my period ugh, i feel like poo lol
My goal for inches tho is, 36, 30 (all the way down my tummy, although i may know that the pouch at U/N the bellybutton will prolly bigger so mybe another inch?) and 38 hips
and/or even less is great lol except my chest lol

Your goals are great. I wish I could be bothered to measure myself it would save me a lot of grief haha!
So I'm down 100g today but I've had a bad day and afraid it will be up tomorrow. I don't think I'm over my calorie amount but my body thinks it's funny to store weight even when I've done everything correctly  
And I went running today. In Africa's heat and dirt roads (ok this one was actually tarmacked, but I couldn't run on that part because that's where the cars come!) Anyway, I really felt as if I was dead at the end and could definately not understand how I possibly still could be breathing... Very, very hard, I have never sweat soo much in my life... And I am doing it again monday!
I also did a Tae Bo workout video yesterday, and since I have no exercise planned for tomorrow I will do it again tomorrow, but I do feel sore from yesterday.
I am considering doing that 4-day be very very good thing again from tomorrow because I have my 67kg set for the 25 of feb. Or I might do a 3-day be very good thing from tomorrow. So I'll weigh myself tomorrow and then again tuesday and wednesday so I'm sure I don't have a freak weigh-in day the 25. and think I haven't reached my goal. I have to get used to weighing myself less and just enyoing myself. I liked not doing for 4 days though it was kind of hard actually (another thing I had to stay away from  ), but very gradifing at the end and let me focus on eating healthy instead of my weight.
I'm addicted to CPH or something! Oh well... I might check in tomorrow too, who knows. Good weekend to you all!

I'm glad to have you, but we might just have to see with the other girls as well.
So your age, how tall are you, where do you live, why do you think you are overweight? How far have you come til now? Or just tell us some general information Your goals mabye as well (tsk, tsk, I ask toooo many questions)
Anyway, for my overall update. I did a work-out video today, but have been snacking a bit and ate a lot of freshly-baked bread with butter just before, and feel kind of sick to my stomach. I will have to have fruit or something for dinner to compensate, I'm not hungry so it should be fine (as long as I stick to it). Afraid I'll gain because of it. But so be it, I've already planned what to do to help. Sometimes you slip up and that's just that. As long as I don't quit.
And was down 100g again today (very happy me 100g from my goal) I might weigh myself tomorrow to see if I've reached it, and then start my 4 days or not weighing if I have.
I do feel slimmer and smaller than before. More at peace with my body. But I have so much going on around me as well, I think maybe concentrating on this helps me focus and lets me know that I can do anything I set my mind to.
And I forgot to mention my running friend and her mother and father are thinking of climbing Kilimanjro (Africa's tallest mountain) this summer and she said I might be able to go with them. I wanted to go with the school, but I did not feel (and was not) fit enough so I didn't sign up. But if I continue running and get more into shape, then I might be able to! I am so happy, it has really been a dream since I moved to Tanzania. And its another thing to work for, even more motivation.

| Hey! I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'4. I live in New York City and I'm a classical pianist. :) I think I'm overweight because I'm remember being my healthiest when I was 14 and 15 and playing 2 hours (plus more) of soccer everyday. Now I barely have time to work out let alone eat at normal times due to my very hectic schedule! I have tried losing weight for the past year and have been up and down 15 pounds but this time I want it to stick! I'm hoping for some encouragement and giving some as well. :) I hope I can join you all!

I have a compulsion to post now here so often... Well, better then a compulsion to eat right?
I reached my semi-goal this morning 67kg (147.4lb). But it was exactly 67,0 so I'll count it as a real reached goal if I weigh the same or under tomorrow. My next goal is 64-65kg (140.8-143)by the end of March start of April.
Did not go running today (or do any exercise), my friend cancelled but I am doing volleyball tomorrow and running thursday. I am very sore in my legs, so I think it was ok that we took a break.
I think I did well with food. Ok at least.
My stomach is getting slimmer I can see that, but I am most happy with the running. We had P.E. and I did way more than I knew I could have done maybe not long ago!
Still, I have points where I am just so tired of it. I know I have to keep going, but its a struggle sometimes (of course, if it wasn't I wouldn't be fat!) And not many people have said anything and sometimes I just feel like I'm imagining my weight loss...
GH- I used to live near New York (and I love New York to pieces) And a classical pianist, wow! Music is such a wonderful thing and if you can do anything instrumental it is just fantastic. Its art flowing from your fingers basically...
Anyway, how's it going? What do you do? Calorie count (do this myself, big supporter!) or a specific diet? Do loads of exercise? If you are worried about having time for exercise then I can say you don't have to exercise to loose weight, but it does boost it.
Have some good slimming days girls!

HEY! Yes NYC is wonderful! I'm a student here so it makes it so much better because I can go to wonderful concerts for very cheap prices. How long did you live here for?
Ah I'm an avid calorie counter as well except for when I totally binge and then I'm too sad to check how many calories I actually consumed. :0 I'm part of a gym and I try to go at least 3 or 4 times a week but it can be very crazy! Today was a bad day for me :( I'm really stressed because I have midterms this week and I like to stress eat - so terrible! I'm going to try to stay strong and eat well tomorrow!

I did not weigh myself today, but will tomorrow, I hope I've lost at bit.
I did running today and was amazed at what I could do! Seriously, 3 weeks ago I struggled with 5 minutes. Today I did 8 and could still talk. And then I did 8 again!!!
Think I've done ok foodwise, am pretty happy with how it's going. Uh ohh said it, now it'll be bad tomorrow... I hope not!

HI YOU GUYS!!! Sorry its been soooo long. My dad got a computer and its taken a really long time to get everything switched over and all. ahhh, very stressful. But its all cool cuz the new computer kicks a**. 
So I'm really glad you guys are having success! I'm not doin too shabby myself. Last week I exercised for an hour 3 times and for a half hour twice. Then this Sunday I got strep so I haven't exercised this week. I'm still technically sick but I'm so drugged up that I feel well enough and you guys are making me motivated enough that I really want to do at least like 20 or 30 minutes of something by the end of the night. There is a good thing about the strep, and that's that I haven't been hungry at ALL since Sunday. Or if I was hungry, I was hurting so much everywhere else that I didn't notice. Today's the first day I've eaten more than a muffin or a sandwich since I've been sick. And I've eaten a lot today (especially donuts). But its okay, I'll be back to maintaining more healthy and normal eating patterns tomarrow. And today I weighed 137 pounds. Super happy about that. I'm not gonna make my goal for the challenge, but I can handle being off by one or two pounds.
And welcome to our little group gh! I think its soo cool that you're a classical pianist. I play flute, but I've always wanted to learn piano and I'm totally jealous of my friends that do. Haha, my hands are so small I have to stretch to reach where I need to on my flute (so cannot wait to play piccilo next year). Whose you're favorite composer? Mine's probably Mozart or Tchaikovsky.
Anway, I need to go cuz my sister wants to try out the new computer. I'll have to make a chart of my progress here in the next day or two like you guys huh. Good luck you guys and keep it up!

SW: That’s funny because I always wanted to play the flute, but I couldn’t. ): I love so many composers so it’s hard for me to pick one or two because each composer offers something different. I kind of go through phases and right now it’s probably Shostakovich and Ravel, but that’s probably because my history class is on 20th century composers right now. HAHA, anyways..

I just finished up with midterms and now I have two weeks off of school so I’m hoping to set some good habits. I finally went back to the gym today, I haven’t been there in a week because of my crazy test schedule. I just weighed myself today and I gained a pound, ): but I will LOSE it. So I guess I might've been dehydrated when I weighed 137 because I went back up to 140 like a day later. It makes me sad. But on the other hand, I've been doing pretty well food wise and I exercised for like 80 or 90 minutes Saturday, an hour on Sunday, and I did some situps and jumping jacks yesterday. Plus today I've got plans to go on a bike ride and do some running at the track. So I'm pretty stoked about that. I'm sure with the exercise and all I'll be losing weight properly now instead of just bouncing around between 140 and 143.
Also I'm really, really excited because I got my prom dress! Well, technically not yet, because I got it from an online vintage shop, but its mine and I'll be getting it here in the next week or so. I really can't wait for Prom, I was talking to some friends on the committee and apparantly its gonna be really awesome this year.

And nice to know someone who knows Larchmont! I always live in places no one knows where is!
My week has not been the best. It has been pretty bad actually. I am not understanding why I can't do as I did before. The energy has run out for some reason.
I have not been able to run because the friend I run with is in London right now but we are doing a fitness unit in P.E. and I ran 12 min!!!! That is longer than ever! I can see it helping and I am soo proud. I know I couldn't have done it before.
I haven't been snacking badly but I have been snacking in healthy foods, but I shouldn't be snacking at all! I am just having a hard time and the scales are all over the place. Depressing. And I just feel fat. Like I am fatter than when I started loosing weight? Is that normal or is it just me? I feel like there is no change in the mirror almost.

Thank you very much=) ok so my nick name is ci ci. i live in Kansas sweetkisses you live in ks right? i am 16 yrs old i weigh 123lbs (im 5'2 or 3) and i want to lose the 23lbs....and pls dont tell me thats a good weight because its not the number really for me its the way it looks on me and i think it looks horrible...its mostly on my thighs (ugh) and my chest area and now its starting to come to my stomach :(. Im not trying to be anorexic i promise... the reason im saying all this is because ive heard it all before and i dont wanna hear it again and im doing this for me not for anyone else....and i hope u guys understand what i mean... you know that feeling you get when u look at ur self and ur like ewww what am i thinking letting it get this far or not liking any close you try on or if ur like me and u get most of the fat on ur thighs u look down when ur sitting down and u c this huge fat on the chair and ur like omg thats mine lolz (i hope that didnt make me sound anorexic cuz im not i promise and ill never be i love food too much). btw just to let u no someone told me i was getting fat few months ago and ive gained more since then so even tho im not like overweight im still bigger than i used to be so..i need to lose it and the other reason is im going bac to ethiopia(thats in Africa) one day(dont no when) and every1 there is skinny so i dont want to worry about that when i get there i just want to have funn. oh i forgot to mention i am ethopian i moved here about 4yrs. and 10 months ago. btw sqzee u live in Tanzania...how do u like it there?
ok so i eat special k cereal and silk soy milk(vanilla) for breakfast; vegi burger or salad for lunch (its nasty) and ppand j for dinner or ethiopian food....and the only reason i sound like a vegan right now is cuz its fasting time for my religion and those r the only things im allowed to eat. im sorry i talk to much so tell me a little about ur selves ever1 i would luv 2 hear about ur lives also...? :)

You ethiopians and your strange diet habits! And your fasting! Haha! No, actually I think it is very cool, I love culture displayed in that way, I really do.
And my favorite restuarant is actually ethiopian! Right here in Dar es Salaam called Addis in Dar :) Really loooovely food, and the way you eat! And the way they wash your hands for you and everything, brilliant.
But I do urge you to reconsider if you want to loose that much weight. I see you are short, but many people in there teens misjudge fat and slim for some reason! Nobody's thighs look thin when they are sitting down, trust me! They aren't supposed to, it's called gravity! I have seen in another buddy group someone turn bulimic where this person to start with explained how she knew she was in the right range but 'just wanted to loose a few pounds'. It's scary that it can happen, and I hope you don't let it!
How about focusing on being healthy and making smart food choices and good exercise rather than the actual weight loss? Maybe you should just tone up? Have some nice abs and lovely slim legs (yes this helps your thighs as well) Although toneing up might make you gain weight because of the muscle gain, but that shouldn't matter.
Anyway, Tanzania is ok. The country is great but socially at school I am not doing too well, and that is my only complaint. But there is not as much culture here as in Ethiopia as far as I understand, but I've onley lived here 1 year, not even! I wish I could visit there once (I want to visit every country in the world! So no suprise there) The capital in Ethiopia is Addis Ababa right? Are you from there or somewhere else?

SQZEE-haha thats really cool that you know so much and love ethiopian culture so much....and yes addis abeba is the capital city of ethiopia and that is where im from....btw i was jw how come u live in Tanzania? are u caucasian or african? and do u go to an american school there or typical tanzanian school/ so You say ur having social issues ok so....me when i 1st came here i hated it like crazy i still do but like a little less cuz at the beginning i didnt know what i was doing and what was going on i mean 1) everything is so freaking different here 2) i spoke the language and all but still it was really different from what i was used to...and like i didnt make real true friends until i was here for almost 3 years i mean i made friends and all but it was just fake u no so i didnt really like it and i wasnt happy at all.... but after i made friends everything kind of got a little better after 3 yrs lolz but i stil dont like it here cuz i really dont think this place is for me its really boring and there is no culture here and i like culture. and the true friends i made are all from different countries (mostly middle eastern and asian but i also have friends from aall over the place) but like what the point im trying to make is it takes time like honestly u just have to be patient... and in the mean time try talking to people u think u might have something in common with... oh and i tried tonning up but its not working for me like what do i have to do? and i cant get slim legs cuz i dont have the exercise machines and my dad never lets me out of the house (my parents are really strict) so i cant run outside so the only other choice i have is dieting..:(..and my diet pretty much does consist of eating healthy and all so u dont have to worry about that....but thanks:)
EVERYBODY-so what's ur guys status...like how much did u weigh when u first started? ur diet, how much do u weigh now? and what did u do? cuz nothing seems to work for me and i just want to hear ur guys success....

Welcome 'loseweightnow'!
So I've lost one pound and worked out for 45 minutes today - 15 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I burned 350 calories! Before Jaunary first I was 160 and now I'm 155. For some reason whenever I hit 150, I always go back up and its quite frustrating but this time I will continue down into the 140's!
I've changed a couple of things in my lifestyle. A major thing is not eating at 7pm for me. Sometimes I cheat, if I'm really hungry but after 7 I'm pretty inactive and all that food just sits in my stomach until morning. I also track how many steps I walk everyday using a pedometer. My goal is 10,000 steps although I usually get between 6,000 to 8,000 daily. (I go to school in NYC, so there is much walking to be done!) A major setback for me is eating real meals. I'm always on the go and so I usually wiill pick something up from a deli or my cafe. I'm working on adding more greens in my diet.
So what about everyone else? Are there things that help you lose weight and things that prevent you?

wow great job on losing 5lbs...im jealous:) yeah adding more greens would be a great help...i hate vegis thats one of my problems lolz..my set back is dinner....right after i come from school i kind of eat alot..i cant even freakin stop myself. i try but it never works...what should i do? and i prolly should start exercising. um ill tell u guys what helped me lose weight after i lose some weight lolz!

It would be nice to know your names, so we don't have to call each other by our usernames. My name is Sara.
Anyway. About TZ. I live here because my mom is the consul of the danish embassy here. She works for the ministry of foreign affairs of Denmark. Which also why she has lived in US for a long while where she gave birth to me! My father is Tuniesien so yes I am actually african, but not black african. I go to the international school of tanzania, its the only good education avaliable. The problem at school is that I guess I can't open up and be an interesting person, or maybe I just am not an interesting person, the end result is anyway that I do not have many friends I can actually stand... I am pretty depressed at the moment about that, I miss my friends and stuff... And I don't know, I think it is affecting my eating.
Weight stats are the same as last time I wrote them unfortunately the 20th feb. I've lost 8kg (17lb) since December. My running on the other hand has this week improved.
What do I do? To start with I played volleyball 1½ hours a week and tennis 2 times a week 1 hour, so that was my activity before I even lost weight. Then I completely changed my dinner to something more healthy with lots of veggies. I cook tons of stir-fry wok food! Yes there is some oil and some sauces but as long as you are clever with the amounts this can still be a kcal-light meal. My estimate was to have half of it veggies and the other half could be noodles or meat. With this I lost 2kg (4.4lb) I think, with only changing my dinner. But some might have been water-weight.
Then I started thinking it was worth while and I started really thinking about my eating. Then I found a calorie-counting site and it helped me so very much! My best advise to you guys is find a site like it and begin tracking your food and how many calories you eat per day. I just estimate so don't worry about being too accurate. I don't type in my calories every day, but to start with it was very good for me to learn the kcal content of my food so I could see what food I could buy on my kcal-budget!
So that is the techinical part of it. You have to make sure you eat less calories than you burn. Then comes the motivation. I made some rules. Like deciding my portions should be the size of the small plates we have. Then I said I could have chocolate, but only 4 small pieces of the really dark kind I like. No eating lunch at school, but instead waiting till I come home. No extra calories from drinks, so drank mostly water. Might have had some juice, but as a sweet snack not as something to help my thurst. I would also talk to myself if I was really craving. Like tell myself out loud why I was doing it and what I actually gained from that extra piece of chocolate or bread.
I have also found some people I would like to look like, and I have them as a motivation daily! Also putting away your plate and the food when you have had your first (and only!) portion helps you to not want or need any more.
Also drinking a lot of water, this does not help you loose fat, but if your body does not get enough water it will hold it and you will weigh more. Salt also binds water to the body.
I am not a poster-child for weightloss and my diet does not actually consist of most fruits and veggies, but I do try to get them into my diet instead of other foods. I like them as a snack, and also the more fruits and veggies you eat, the more you like the taste of them. I have found that when I started eating healthier food, food tastes so much better! My taste-buds have been reborn.
Exercise I am not so familiar with, other than what I mentioned, but as I have described earlier I also run now. And I have P.E. So I guess I would have to say yes you have to exercise. But it can be fun! I love sports and especially volleyball, but since I can only do that once a week I also do tennis. And running is wonderful! Its like instant results. I am better each time and P.E. class is almost fun now because I am not out of breath! If you can't run outside (though I don't get at all why you're not allowed outside in the states?!) then do step-ups on some steps or something. Buy a work-out video, I use a Tae Bo one sometimes but it is not that much cardio meaning it trains muscle which I imagine is what you want loseweightnow right? Get involved in a community sport as well. It can really be fun and an enrichment to your life.
But also such classical things as walking instead of driving. Taking the stairs. Standing instead for lying.

So I lost a lb yestday, which means I weigh 139 lbs. I started this last fall at 144 and I keep losing and gaining back the same 5 or 6 lbs since then. I think what has been causing it is I've been very sporadic with my eating and exercise patterns, and even when I have been exercising it hasn't been enough. So now what I am doing is I am paying very close attention to my body and simply eating according to that. The only calories I actually count are junkfood calories and I'm trying to keep those under 300 for the St. Patty's Day Challenge. I've also started exercising 1 hour a day, 5 days a week this week. Realizing I can even go for an hour is very motivating because I haven't really tried to since I was on the tennis team last year. I thought I was too out of shape to do that much. But apparantly I'm not and its great. I'm very sore though, lol, but I suppose that'll go away in another week or two.
And loseweightnow, I don't see a problem with you losing the 23 lbs. I'm about the same height as you and my goal weight is around 100-103. As long as we do it healthily it shouldn't be a problem at all. As for exercising, since you can't go out to do it or anything, I do most of my exercising at home too. I use my mom's workout videos sometimes and sometimes I do workouts that I've gotten off youtube (when my youtube works.) If you look up the diet.com workouts and ford model workouts, you should find some good ones. And I agree with you that Kansas is very boring. I miss being close to several cities where I could get some culture. Although where I'm at we do have a significant straight-out-of-mexico and first-generation mexican american population so there is a lot of mexican coulture around here, and its very nearly a bi-lingual community.
Ahhh!!! I am crazy impatient for my dress to get here! I want to try it on now d*** it! lol. It should be here before Tuesday or so, so not too much longer to wait. And since Sarah wants to know, my name's Nicole. (shhhh...don't tell anyone. )

Hi Sara and Hi Nicole and everyone else....ok so my name is really really unique and im like the only person with that name around here so im just going to tell u guys my nick name just call me CI CI..... wow sara u lose 17lbs that is so kool! and Nicole u lost 5Lbs thats amazing too.....im proud of u guys i know i sound like a parent but w/e u guys are motivating me like crazy.
Idk why im not allowed my parents are just crazy i cant do like anything..they dont trust America and we're living in one of the most safest states but idk my parents are paranoid which sucks for me.

Anyway, did not do too great on food yesterday but ran 15min in a row! New record to date!
My weight this morging was the same as yesterday's so that's good. Hope I can get it down for tomorrow. I have a long weekend with monday and tuesday off.

Hehe, I wrote everyone's name down on a piece of notebook paper so I can't forget. Or if I do, I can just look at my paper and be all like "aha!" 
So today is a really hard day. I just have the insane urge to eat everything in the house. So I'm on here to distract myself and plus you guys are such great motivation for me. I'm really happy with myself though, because I lost a lb last night, which means I'm still doing something right. I really really want to weigh 135 before St. Patrick's day because my mom got me a pair of cargo pants that are just a little too tight, but look really cute with one of my green shirts. So I figure if I lose just 3 or 4 lbs they'll fit perfectly.
Speaking of St. Patrick's Day, I'm thinking about changing my avatar afterwards to something more summery (not until then though because the green shoes are perfect for that day), but I'm not sure what I want. I'm kinda thinking this one. What do you guys think?

First day of school since my 4-day weekend. And good! Because there is no fridge at school I can sneak into every now and then! Hope I can get back on track and start loosing some more weight.

Soooo...
Good News: I lost a lb yesterday, so I weigh 137 now. I also got to play tennis for like 2 hours today. First time I've gotten to play since August. 
Bad News: I ate like the freakin cookie monster today! And I'm like 99.9% sure I'm not going to weigh 135 by tomarrow like I was hoping.
Jessica I wish you tons of luck on getting a job. I'm looking around myself, but there is just nothing out here. Stupid American economy.

Haha, good job! Are you still losing inches? And how is your excersise going?
I weighed like my lowest yesterday but was then up again today. Am losing weight slowly now but I guess that's what's to be expected since my metabolism has probably slowed... Will try to boost it tommorrow with some running! I am 66,4kg (146.08lb) so its ok, but very slooow.

Arg, so this week sucks balls. We've been out of fruit since Monday and the only veggies left in the house are a bag of salad mix (which my mom told me I'm NOT allowed to eat until she makes it for dinner) and 3 cans of green beans (eh, I'm really not a big fan of canned veggies). On the other hand, we've got carrot cake, tater tots, and canned spaghetti out the a**. Anyway, so that's what I've mostly been living off of, and of course since none of these are all that filling, I've been eating way too much of them. Yeah, and now I weigh 140. And I've been feeling really sluggish and such and so haven't exercised since Thursday, I don't suppose that's helped.
I'm making mom go to the store to get some fresh/frozen veggies and fruit today and I'm going to exercise no matter how much I don't want to. I'm really hoping the first one or two lbs will come off pretty quickly. That's usually what happens when I gain a lot of weight in a week and then go straight to eating healthy and exercising again.
Congrats Sara and Jessica for doing great! I'm really proud of you guys!

And congrats Jessica with the loss! You are kicking some butt! But yeah there are lots of sexy one-peices. Search the internet or wait till they get some in the stores. There are those that are like really low-backed so they are sexy but don't show the little flab on the stomach (I have that flab anyway) I would choose one like that. Or like one of those tank-top ones with one of those sewn-in belt things, that would look nice because it makes you seem like you have a waist, or highlights the one you have and shows of nice shoulders and neck. There are also the ones that like cut in at the sides of the stomach so your bellybutton is covered but your waist-part isn't.
Hope you understood what I was explaining! Haha anyway, good luck, lets be good today!
