| Hey! My name's Jennifer, I just turned 20, and I'm at 141 pounds (as of this morning). I'm looking to hit around 125 as well. I'm 5'5. I'm online daily and could use someone to help keep me on track. Let me know if you're still interested.

How's it going? I'm new here, much older than 17 by the way (one of my daughters is 16), but losing weight is losing weight. It's tough. Hang in there, drink your water and exercise.
My daughter does not like contact sports, but she just started running. She's around 5'6" - 5'7" and weighs around 150. Very curvy, but being a teen always complaining:-)
Take care and keep sharing your accomplishments,
Debbie

Hey Hey Laurie and Jennifer!! I guess I'll kick this thread off, now that we kinda know each other.
Tuesday and Wednesday were okay for me. I try to stay busy at all hours so I don't get into any trouble. My diet has been good, but my intake isn't as high as it needs to be (1400-1500 cals). I consume a lot of veggies, fluids, and cereals w/a lot of fiber and protein, so I don't have a problem being hungry through-out the day.
Since I don't get my protein and fat from animal sources, I eat a few servings of peanut butter and/or almonds everyday. The only animal product I consume is skim milk, so I'm getting some calcium and protein from that.
Hmmm .. My exercise is still good. I ran 11 mi & walked 8 mi tuesday and ran 10 mi and walked 5 mi wednesday. I also did some plyometric training that focused on my quads, biceps, triceps, and abs on wednesday.
So .. That's about it. I'm feeling awesome physically and have WAY too much energy. Anyhoo .. You gals have a great Thursday!!
