I'm a busy Mom who needs help and support to lose weight. I weigh 207 and would like to get down to 140. I'm looking for someone who is looking to lose a similar amount of wieght and who likes to post most days.
My diet plan is to eat healthier foods and be active more and more as the weight comes off.

I am a busy mom also. I do in home daycare and have three older kids of my own.
If you need support then just yell. I am usually on here everyday.
I don't however need to lose much weight. I have lost around 50lbs in the last three years. I only have 4lbs left to go to meet my new goal weight. But, I try to eat healthy and stay fit, since I have had some issues with my thyroid and cholesterol.
I struggle daily to keep my weight off and to do my exercise. I usually walk and am currently trying to do other exercises (lol) trying as I said.
So, if you need advise, encouragement, or just a plain pat on the back, just let me know. bye cindy
