Hello, I would really like a weight loss and workind out buddy. About me: I am trying to loose twenty pounds right now, I currently weight 204. Iam 17 yrs old and 5'5. I am a vegeterian trying to go vegan. My weakness consist of any baked goods, and chocolate. I would really like a buddy so hope someone replies.

I was going to ask how a vegetarian can become overweight! I guess that's because I think of them as vegans, which is not correct at all. Most are not.
And then I got to the part about baked goods and chocolate. Not exactly vegetables! Haha.
I'm not looking for a buddy (have two already), but I relate because I stick as close to the Eat for Life (ETL) food plan as I can. (See the Products link if it's new to you.) Many of our members have been greatly influenced by reading the book.

Hi CouchPotatoe, are you still looking for a buddy? I'm 22 and 163; I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm kind of trying to head in that direction! I'll only eat non-commercial animal products. It's a start at least :) Kudos to you for going vegan!
I love my sugary carbs and chocolate too...if I have chips or candy in the house, it's gone almost instantly! So I know how you feel there.
Hope to work together toward our goals!
