as i said above, 40 something working mom/wife who never seems to find the time to work out because I am too busy doing for everyone else or just to #%@&! tired LOL I have 4 boys ranging from 28-8 and  I am an elementary school librarian.  eat healthy and try to wo when i can I am 5 ft O in and weight about 128. I want to lose about 20 lbs

today carbs were from oatmeal, a banana and a 100 cal pringals pack.(shhh) I knew my cal were low but i didnt worry to much I have been eating every 2 hrs today but its all been clean foods, I have to find higher cal clean eats LOL Oh well todays low cals make up for this weekends..well, mostly saturdays  pig out fest.


Today was chest and shoulders
3 exercises each body part 3x8 or 10 reps ( my wo book is down the hall and I dont wanna get up)

then I did 30 min on the recumbant bike
and 10 min of waist twists/bend with a broom handle

TIME TO KICK IT TO HIGH GEAR! I HAVE GOALS TO MEET AND BEAT!
