Lol, even though I ate half of that pizza, I weighed in today at..................
116lbs!!
(also lost 1.25 inches)
That's a deduction of 4lbs since the challenge! And my goal weight was 115lbs... But when I originally weighed in (my starting weight), I had clothes on and I didn't do it first thing in the morning so that could've affected my weight.
So I might've actually just lost 2 pounds or so, but I'm still happy. I've never lost 2 pounds in a week before!
Ohhh and I saw your data on Peter's challenge board, and saw that you had lost 3.2 pounds!! GREAT JOB!
Yay! We're both on track! 
I was so worried about gaining during the challenge.. Phew!
I think that Turbo Jam had really helped out! I also did Turbo Sculpt and 10 mins of Ab Jam yesterday.... And I actually lasted a longer time on the floor ab exercises than before.. Wow! My abs must be getting stronger.. My tummy seems flatter too, but that could just be all in my head.. lol.

I ate like a Saturday!! It was my graduation party. So i had pizza, chips, cake, carrots, apples, chocolate, brownies, cheese dip, deviled eggs, fruit tea..mmmmmmmmm.
So, I'm going to have to really watch it if I even want to have maintained for weigh in tuesday morning!!

Ooh, I hope you had fun at the party! I would have pigged out too. So are you out of school now?
I'm hating my teachers right now.
They're piling all this homework up at the same time, it's so not fair!! 
I mean, suddenly they're all assigning all these projects and giving all these tests-- It's Crazy!!! I couldn't even watch fireworks today D:
Ugh, I think I got fatter this week. I think I gained like 2 inches. Maybe I measured wrong, but that's what I got. I feel fatter too. But I still weigh the same as last week... Phew. I swear my calves look bigger than before.
& I haven't been counting calories, just eating whatever even if I'm not hungry! *ashamed* I seemed to have developed a fetish for cereal too. Yum. I ate like 3 bowls of cereal today along with other meals... Sooo yummy... Sugary... Ahh! I ate like 4 pieces of pizza yesterday. I haven't been Turbo Jamming regularly either. There's just so much homework at the moment!

Hey! How's it going?
All the cake, cookies, cereal, and pizza I ate this week really did add up.
Today I was up to 118lbs. That's a 2 lb gain.
But I did do cardio party, and turbo sculpt today. And 400cal for breakfast. (oatmeal, tuna, and this sorta sugary drink). I'm planning to have no pizza, cookies, or cake this week. NO EXCEPTIONS. It'll be hard though.

Yes, but for just ONE WEEK you can do it!! I have an idea, let's set a goal for each week for something to do or not do. Yours this week is no pizza, cookies, or cake. Mine will be....drink a bottle of water every day. Cause I never drink water, and I think I am really dehydrated.
I know what you mean about teachers piling it all on at once!! Is school out there yet?
I'm thinking about meditation. Or pilates. Or something that is supposed to be relaxing like that. I have been feeling so depressed lately. I feel like...I don't know what the point of being alive is. I would never commit suicide...I just don't feel like trying anymore sometimes. I think it's just cause I've been under a lot of stress. Sometimes I'm ok!! Sometimes I'm really happy, and then others I'm really down...so anyone, meditation maybe.
WTG on getting back into to TJ!! Keep it up!!

Yea, a goal for each week!
I think I'm dehydrated too, I don't drink much water since I find it too boring. But I don't want to add flavours cause of aspartame & sugar.
School's not out for us yet, but I think we only have about a month left.
I hope the meditation will help with being depressed... I started feeling a lot better when I started exercising. Sometimes I still feel depressed but it's not as intense as before I started exercising.

Three days down, four to go!
I drank my bottle of water while i walked on my treadmill, so that was cool.
But.
I ate today.
four slices of pizza
a swiss cake roll
four mini reeses
a chocolate covered doughnut
a bottle of diet mountain dew
some steak
a baked potato
and probably even more stuff that I've forgotten...

Even though it was only a small bit, I still ate a bit of cake today..
But that's not even the worst.
I ate SO MUCH other kinds of bakery foods today.
But I haven't even come in contact with pizza this week today, phew. I did come in contact with cookies today. Oh god. I had half a chocolate chip cookie today too.
Good job on your water drinking progress though!
Eeep! Maybe I should consider the bakery foods as cake. No more bakery foods for me for the rest of this week!!! HOPEFULLY.

Anyways, so far I haven't had any cake, cookies, or pizza today.
I haven't even come in contact with them today though.
For breakfast I had...
Bowl of cheerios w/o milk (ran out): 150 calories
Lunch
Hummus sandwich:
240 calories
Linner:
A mackeral: 260 calories
Little under half cup of Oatmeal: 130 calories
Lots of tofu Tofu: 50 calories
Giant tomato: 40 calories
Total for linner: ONLY about 480 calories!! This meal was VERY filling.
Total today so far: 870 calories.
Hmm.. Less than I expected!
I can have 630 calories for dinner. & that'll get me to 1500 calories. I might burn some off with turbo jam if I find some time.
Did you get enough water today?
That might be might next goal! I think I'm dehydrated.

I did have my bottle yesterday! 
Well, I left a couple of swallows in the bottom, but it still counts.
Haven't drunk any today, but I will.
Congrats an doing well today! Just stay away from those baked goodies. You can do it!!

Gatorade

two pieces of sourdough toast with butter/strawberry jelly
Zatarans frozen dinner (blackened chicken adn pasta)
vanilla ice cream with Reeses cups and hot fudge
diet sundrop
slice of sourdough bread with parmesan cheese and butter
And. I haven't eaten supper yet. 
I did walk a mile and a half?

Eep, confession time for me too.
I ate like a pig yesterday. Hamburger, a hotdog and a half, a chocolate bar (atleast 400 calories!), plus.. half a big cookie.
Whoops!
I had NO idea staying away from cookies would be so hard, even for just one week! Wow! 
And I don't even have any cookies at my house. They're either from friends, gettogethers, or from going out.
We still have to try and stick to our goals today! And tomorrow we'll get a new goal. =)
I think I know what my next goal will be...
5 glasses of water a day. And no cookies! Since I did so bad with not eating cookies this week, I have to actually stick to it next time! lol
So far I'm only at 800 calories, and haven't had dinner yet.
(Suprising for me!)
Wait. I still have to have my linner too. =/ Hmmm.

Hmmmm.. My new goal shall be... Drinking a glass of water during breakfast, juice or water during lunch, a glass of water during linner, and a glass during dinner!
Also... NO COOKIES! Except I get one cookie life line. So out of this week, I can only have 1 cookie. None is better though. =)

Today, I drank at least a bottle and a half of water!
I didn't drink anything in the morning. I had juice at lunch. No drinks for linner.
And around dinner time I had a bottle and a half of water to make up for earlier...
I'd say I passed today! 
Though I'm still thirsty. So I think I'm going to drink another half a bottle of water later today.

I walked a mile yesterday, and at least a couple today.
But I stepped on the scale this afternoon.
Now granted it was afternoon, after lunch.
And I am wearing jean capris, much heavier than when I usually weigh in pajamas.
But still! 146?! I promised myself I would never let it back up in the 140s!! I can only hope I sleep some of it off, and it's better with pjs in the morning for the challenge :(
I HAVE to stop eating junk!! Have to!! You have to stop eating junk too! No matter how good it tastes, we have to remember: nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!!

Yes! I LOVE cinnamon raison toast! It tastes great just by itself! The best thing is, they taste better than plain ol' bread, but still has less calories.
I drank 2 juice boxes today, and a bottle of water. I have to go to the bathroom a lot more frequently it seems!
I reallly gotta stop eating junk. Over the last 2 days, I have eaten 2 chocolate bars, and a packet or so of candy. I swear, chocolate has addictives in them or something.
And I really should Turbo Jam a little more. I did cardio party, and ab jam today. Compared to now, when I first got TJ and did it like all the time, I had a flatter stomache. But now that I'm neglecting exercise and eating again, my stomache has returned with the hanging-over-pants buldge. MAYBE I'll decide to wake up really early tomorrow and do the 20 min turbo jam. Though I like my sleep...
I'm sure you'll get out of the 140s again! You did it before, so you can definately do it again! Whoot woot!
Maybe we should set specific caloric goals.
Tomorrow, I'm going to try to stick to a maximum of 1600 calories. And if I do turbo jam, the maximum will be 1700 calories.

I can't wait til camp. Only a couple of weeks. We go hiking in the morning and in the afternoon! I will get tons of exercise, I just have to stay away from the soda and candy bars.

Man, you have got to stay under 2000 calories or you will never get anywhere. Me neither.
You should shoot for like 1500 right?
Do you work, or get a weekly allowance? What if each time you do something right, like hit 1500 calories, make your water target, or do TJ, you put a dollar in a jar. When you miss one of those goals, you take a dollar out. Then, when you get enough money, you treat yourself to something you wouldn't usually do (manicure, massage, movie, coffee, new top, new shoes, new DVD, there's gotta be something)...

I can't keep doing this, i can keep GAINING weight.
My tummy is pooching back out and I hate it.
I hate it I hate it I hate it.
But I HAVE to figure out a balance, because I AM NOT going back to counting every stupid little calorie cause I hated that too..
Today i have already eaten:
slice of cinnamon raisin toast
banana
orange juice
spaghetti w/meat sauce
two breadsticks
doughnut, chocolate covered
chocolate chip cookie
diet sun drop.
Already. And it's only 2:00, haven't even eaten any supper yet. Grr.

I've been soooooooooo busy lately with exams comming up. So I won't be posting that much for a while.
Ahh! I went to bed past 5 am yesterday.. So tired.
Yum.. Ice cream. 
My mom bought like 3 loads of them. 
I've been drinking a lot of juice.
I weighed 120lbs this morning... I'm hoping that's a mistake. Or that means I went up a few more lbs. 
AHH!
Must study.
I can't wait till summer vacation...
& my birthday is in like 6 days = = = cake. Ahh!

ok, awkward how I found this thread out of all of them on the internet.. but here we go.
Everyone who calls a skinny girl sexy, hot etc. is a douchebag, noone that you would want to have a relationship with. Anyone who does not speak up, such as myself, absolutely HATES girls who go so anorexic you can see the entire ribcage. its honestly disgusting. If you are losing weight for physical appearance than forget about it. honestly, because a lot of guys find that women who don't care about their weight as much are FAR easier to get along with. Anyone who you are going to be with whom genuinely cares about you will be concerned, or will be sad when you lose weight.
Some men happen to like the tummy, but the majority of asshoels out there like skinny, anorexic bitches who have no life in the first place. I am sorry to taint your forum with my words, but they are as true as the ground is solid. If you are losing weight too look good, I honestly suggest you stop, but if you are losing it for health, continue, I am sure people will support you the whole way through.

Insane_bubble~ No way! I don't plan on becoming skinny, just slim down a bit. I think seeing the ribcage is disgusting too. I don't think anyone really wants to get that skinny, but they probably end up getting carried away. And what do you consider skinny? I've also heard that guys actually don't like skinny, but do they just mean ribcage-showing skinny? Or size 0-1 skinny? Or also slim? Because many guys seem to go for slim girls. I think most girls want to be slim, not skinny. I have big thighs, especially for my short thighs, and I'm a size 5. I don't think any guy has ever complimented me for my looks. All the girls under size 5 seem to get the guys. Size 5 might sound small to some, but then again- I'm really short.
I'm trying to lose weight for many reasons... To feel more confident, be more attractive, and for health. I always feel so tired, and I heard excerise helps with that. Thanks for your interesting comment!

LOL. I think many junk foods should be illegal. Like coke. Wasn't it invented by some accident involving acid? Maybe they don't have acid anymore, but if you try to hold coke in your mouth, it feels like it's eating away at your skin- in hurts!
Eating too much junk food should be a crime! Like consuming too much alcohol... Lol, that'll get people on track.

SlimWish- no, I do not mean the size 0-1 girls. To tell you the truth most guys find anyone under size 5 unattractive. honestly 9+ is probably the best size for most girls. If you want to feel attractive find a guy who genuinely cares about you and tells you you are beautiful in his eyes, and will be all that matters.

Whew!!
We just got back from camping, and I had to unload everyhting from the camper. Now that was a workout!! 
I'm about to eat lunch (some Tyson frozen chicken tenders) and then maybe go for a walk. i might pop a movie in and walk on my treadmill, cause it sooo hot outside...
I love summer. Wednesday I'm going to orientation for college, which lasts three days--lots of walking around campus, if I can just not pig out too much.
Then Sunday I head to Bible Camp. It's at a state park, and we go camping twice a day!! Great exercise. There is a lot to eat, and lots of snacks and stuff, but if I can just avoid that it should be smooth sailing...

Gah, I consider myself as thick even as a size 5 cause of my height.
But I do have a very tall friend who is a size 9, but I would've never guessed!

Camping is pretty fun - except the mosquitos & spiders. I like campfires, and roasting food in them.
!! Sounds awesome! Walking on your treadmill AND watching a movie at the same time!
Are you excited for college?? So are you going to have to buy your own food and stuff now?

I know!! I am size seven..and I have a friend who is size 13!! But I think she loooks soooooo much smaller than me. I don't know how she does it.
Yea, camping is great. I love campfires and roasted marshmallows. I do have a ton of bug bites :(
Well..I wound up never getting on the treadmill. Bad CG!! I went to the library instead..checked out 12 books!! They're due back in two weeks, and I don't know when I think I am going to have time to read so much!!
Yay for college!! Yeah, I am excited. I have to purchase a meal plan, which means I have to pay so much for food from the cafeteria even if I don't want it, so I guess I will eat there a good bit. But, in my apartment I have a fridge and an oven and a stove, and a microwave and everything, so I can buy food and even cook sometimes too.
Tomorrow though!! I am going to walk forevver!!! I am going to read, and watch a movie, and sing, maybe listen to a book on tape, maybe have a snack....I am just going to live on the treadmill tomorrow morning..

Honestly...if all a guy is looking at is my size then I am NOT interested. I mean, please!! If I have to fall into a specific category of jean size and height, then forget guys. I happen to know a lot of great guys who are not in the least bit as shallow as you are saying. Yes, it is shallow for a guys to set so much store by the way someone looks, both too skinny AND too fat AND too perfect...toooooo anything is too much.

I understand completely. I know what you are saying, but my point overall would be that to look pretty you do not have to loose weight, chances are you already do to someone else whom you don't know yet. Weight is just a number, whether it is 100 or 200 I am fine with it, but I am opposed to ANYONE losing weight to look prettier. If its for self-motivation or health, thats fine. But my point still stands being that everyone looks pretty to someone, no matter what you may think.

Pudgy does not mean you are unhealthy. Women are meant to be that way, to support a child. Not like the skinny anorexic models you see on television. They set expectations way to high.

Exams are over for me! Schools out!
I've been pigging out soo much over the last week. Maybe I can get back on track this summer...

Hey slim!
How's summer? Mine rocks! Even though I have been eating too much junk food, I hav also been hiking and swimming and stuff, and I am holding around 142. Not my favorite number, but still manageable. I want to get back down to the 130s, but I am taking it slow. There are thing, I am finding, that are often more important than weight loss, a number on a scale, or even how I look, although my looks are getting me down. But there are other things i value more right now. Like, family, friends, religion, making memories, playing with my dogs, enjoying a good book, having fun. I wanna look good and be healthy, but only if it fits in with whatever else I'm doing, not as a first priority you know?
