I'm 28, female, 5'5" and 157.6 lbs. Looking to lose 37.6 lbs. I'd like to find someone, gender doesn't matter, as long as you're open to serious motivation, and returning the same!

Good luck to all!

Oh just to let you know, I've just changed my target to 145lbs. This will give me a bmi that is just inside of the healthy area!

Besides if I lose all of that then whats and extra 10lbs?

Hi Kez, nice to meet you. Were you thinking of having me join that group, or starting a new group?

I was thinking of making a new one, but that isn't because you aren't welcome on the group. I'm sure you would be, but seeing as I jumped on board it when it had already started. It isn't my place to invite..lol

What were you thinking?

Hmm...I'll have to think. Where abouts are you from? Your profile doesn't say? Tell me more about yourself, see if it prompts a common link somewhere, other than weight lose!

Hey, I've just had a read of your diary. I think I might have found the common link. Dogs! :dog:

I also have two dogs. Two gorgeous border collies. They are brother and sister and are just over a year old. They mean the world to me and I feel ashamed that they don't get the attention that they deserve sometimes.

They are smothered in love, but I am more inclined to let them walk themselves around the farm as I do the horses etc, instead of taking them to the beach or the woods like I used to.

So maybe our name should be something that combines dogs and international?

Ok...I have a lab/pit mix and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and I'm from Texas! I'm so uncreative...lol. I can't think of a thing to name us that is original or fun. Bah!

Hmm...

Thats more creatice than the best I could come up with...International Canines. I didnt post it cause it sounded so pathetic.

Whats about....   lb puppies bordering in the ridge of the pit?

I was so bad yesterday. I ate a whole easter egg and a huge one at that. With little eggs inside. Then felt so guilty I didn't eat anything else all day and today I have an upset stomach because of it.

It a sunday and its pouring with rain so once the dogs and horses are done I plan on doing nothing for the rest of the day.

Okay ladies, I stepped in and and took some action so you can get to discussing weight loss! Haha... totally just kidding. We chat about everything in my Diet Buddies group.

So, I made up a title... but I can change it anytime.

I have a puppy of my own as you can see over to the left, Mukaluka Dirtypaws!

I'm so glad to have found you, and the title is great!!! I thought your other one was really cute, too.

I can totally relate to your little Easter feast...I was terrible yesterday! I ate so much chocolate and fried food! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! I ended up the weekend at 156.2 lbs because of it! I'm pretty dissappointed in myself. However, it was a holiday.

So, I'm starting anew today. I've got my meals planned, and due to my schedule, am tied to them. My test tonight will be getting to bed early without bingeing. Maybe you can prod me on that one, haha!

Have you ever done yoga? I bought a couple of yoga DVD's to try. I'm a little intimidated by it, but it looks like fun, and also relaxing. I'm more of an outdoor kinda gal, but I suppose this could be good for toning, etc. I'm going to try it tonight for my workout, and I'll let you know how it goes.

I haven't had a chance to pop over to your diary yet, but I want to read it to get more insight to your weight loss journey. I'll try to do it today or tonight when I have some time!

Try your best to stay on track today, I know you can do it!!!

Hahahaha! I love it Peter. Except we have 4 dogs, but 3 adds to our amusement.

I had such a bad weekend. I had my Easter Egg, then on Monday I travelled 80 miles to go ice skating and shopping with my partner and some friends. I had Burger King for lunch and chinese for tea. I can't even use the ice skating as an excuse for over indulging because I was so rubbish I bearly let go of the sides of the rink, let alone broke into a sweat.

I've been paying for it today with a bloated sore stomach all day and heartburn. I weighed myself this morning as well and I've gone up to 2lbs! I feel like I've spent my whole life on a diet and still havent got anywhere. Sigh...!

Still today I was kind of back on it. I had a prawn mayo sandwich at lunch (350kcals) and came home and had half a tin of corned beef (400kcal). Random I know! But I just fancied it. Nope def not pregnant before anyone says it!

How is your not bingeing going/go? It's 7.30pm now and my little sis is begging me to take ehr to the pizza pantry. So far I'm holding strong!

I havent ever tried Yoga, but I have thought about it. A friend does it a lot and meditates. She keeps trying me to do it, but I think Id feel like a wally. We should get the same dvd and both do it. lol, let me know if they are any good?

Hey Missus, how is it all going?

Did you manage not to binge the other night? Has the yoga made you ache in places you didnt know existed?

Im feeling like rubbish. Miserable, bloated and fat! (I think I may possibly be premenstrual...uhoh!)
