I need some help here. I have a picture of me I would like to put in my avitar but I don't know how to make it smaller. Anyone know? I used to know how. it says this is too big but photo bucket says it's avitar size.
another ? is it ok to post pictures on this site?

Games: we can do that thing where you st art a 4 letter word and people change one letter of it to make another word. Or people can come in and give us    LOL!!!!!!

Ok I weighed in yesterday. Just as I thought. Same. Thats two weeks now. I am breaking out of that pattern this week.
Yesterday-Foodbank day
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
2 pieces of bacon
2 cups coffee
Lunch
taco soup
Dinner
a few baked corn chips
two buriitos- Those little store bought bad for you ones.
a piece of all natural apple cake 117 cals
No exercise too busy

And I brought some bugs. I think I'm getting a flu. Feeling baaaaaaaaaad today! I'm going to go party in my bed! NO GWEN NOT THAT WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!

snack
3 sugar cookies 
Dinner
aprox 1 cup spaghetti
1/2 cup yellow squash
1/2 can diet soda
2 cups coffee.

mock cheese danish
lunch
1 cup chilli
Dinner
about 1 cup spaghetti
1/2 cup yellow squash
itallian sausage ( maybe shouldn't have had that)
Had a dixi cup of steel cut oats at healthy options class.
I walked 1 hour outside.
some water but not enough

1 pk instant oatmeal
1 tsp chopped walnuts
1 tsp raisons
Lunch
Yogurt parfait
1/2 cup FF yogurt
1 tsp LF granola
1 tsp chopped almonds
about 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 sweet&low packet.
Dinner
baked chicken
cauliflower
yellow squash
salad
maybe 1 bottle of water
walked for about an hour

Sorry I missed the party.
You play guitar??? So do I! I play with my church regularly. I have a Taylor 710CE and a Gretsch 1962 Country Classic.

Sorry I was awol all weekend. I was gone most of it. Yesterday we had potluck at church. I did pretty darn good. ;D
Sunday
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
3 pieces of bacon
2 coffee's and about 4 oz of orange juice
lunch
2 bites of chilli ( yuk)
3 bites of this salad that wasn't so good
2 slices of roasted pork mmmmmm
about 3 tbls of this strawberry shortcake stuf made with jellow,angel food cake and whipped cream.
1 tiny cookie.
Not bad for potluck
Dinner
3 tacos
No exercise
about 2 bottles of water

taco salad probably way too much ::)
I walked my a$$ off today 2 hours that was rouph I felt like falling over. I don't know why I can't handle that. I used to walk 5 miles. I should be in shape. There has got to be something wrong with me I swear. I just don't have insurrance,can't get any so no doctor :-/
I didn't drink much at all today maybe 1 bottle of water. I really need to get on it.

yesterday I worked the foodbank and I felt awefull!!!! I had a fever when I got home. I have ear infection in both ears. I know this because I have had so many before. My husband gets them often so he has some powerfull antibiotic drops hopefully that will take care of it.
Mondays menu
Breakfast
3 pieces of bacon
2 scrambled eggs
coffee
6 oz OJ
lunch
mock cheese danish
about 4 pepperoni sticks :-X
Dinner
cube steak
2 slices of whole grain bread
small salad
No exercise foodbank day and sick
2 bottles of water
