hello well im to go again im with slimming world so i do do healty and not quick fix, watch my spelling to its bad so im saying sorry now.
so far i ahve lost 37lbs but over xmas i put 10 on not happy about that but its done now,and this is a new start.im a size 20-22 i was a 24-26. i bought a dress in may last year as an insentive to get into it but i now think i wont make it. so its on ebay now as we type. and i got another in a 18 which i know i can do.in total tho i have 7 stone to get to target.how ever long it takes i will get it off.

I believe I've simplified it my making two forums, the one you're in now to FIND a diet buddy, and then a second forum where you will actually work together.
I will be your diet Buddy!!!, this is such a coincidence are you living in Liverpool, UK?? me too!!!!!!!. I was on weight watchers in the past and lost 5 stones, but have put 2 stones back on, been struggling to loose it ever since.. Have done slimming world in the past, but could not get my head round it, so went back to WW. Gonna way myself this week to so the damage after xmas.......help!!! have to make 2008 my year....
