However I seen this somewhere that you burn calories by doing regular activies like watching tv, etc. Can anybody tell me were I can find this information. I know I seen it somewere but I can't remember were.
Thanks

Hi Julia,
Just click on the Calories Burned Calculator link at the bottom of the page.
I'm curious how you learned about the forum. Most people find it via the calculators, not the other way around!

Hi Peter
Thanks for the reply.
What I meant is I seen a list somewere on this site that stated the total calories you burn doing regular activities. Example
Sleeping xxx
Watching TV xxx
Total 2000 calories
Maybe I am mistaken. But I am sure I seen that in this forum, I just can't remember were :(

I've read every post and don't remember it. But I'm still not understanding why you don't just create your own list of the activities that interest you with the calculator?
Your weight makes a difference, so a list created by someone else wouldn't be right for you anyway.
