| The rest of me seems to be slimming down, except for my love handles and the gushing flab on my back. The love handles are disgusting, especially with all the stretch marks covering them. How do I slim them down? They're horrendous!

yeah me too. It gets better when I can start riding my bike or running about an hour a day in the summer. Some type of an aerobic workout is whats needed to grab the flab. Try for at least 1/2 hour a day. For the flabby skin you need to get your heart pumping (aerobic) to burn it off....Rick

they say the first places the weight comes off.. is the last places the weight went on.. i have the same problem.. i would like to lose about another 7 to 10 kilos.. and the worst areas i have are on me hips.. (love handles) and the bits on me back .. like folds.. ick! no one else can see them, but i notice them.. and i hate them..
i am going to start some weight training.. hopefully the muscle will get bigger, and the exercise will get rid of the fat.. and in the end, you will actually see the muscle..
thats my plan anway

It's all about the fat! (and cardio!!). This assumes that the undercarriage is developed as well. I like to to crunches, trunk twists, pilates, etc. I find that my "love handles" are starting to disappear!
Good Luck.
