I usually exercise about 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day. I usually exercise all at once without stopping and I burn approx 1000-1200 calroies a day through exercise alone.
My question is "Would it be better to break up my exercise into three equal sessions a day instead of all at once"?
I watch my caloric intake and I have lost 53 pounds since Nov 15, 2004. However my weight loss has slowed and I want to lose aprrox 20 more pounds.
