Hello all
Im 18 years old and i beleive im overweight. Im 103 kilograms and around 6 foot 3 inches tall. I eat healthy meals and dont get takeout to much but it seems im putting on weight. I need some tips on how to lose weight and become more fit. What are some good excersises I can do to lose some weight around the backside area? If you dont mind please give me any tips on how to lose weight. How far would i have to walk each day to lose weight? How many minutes of excersise would i need to do each day to lose weight fast?

Hi Pearce (Male, 18, 6'3", 103kg) your BMI is 28.4 so yes you are overweight, your unadjusted RMR is 2136. Walking is a great exercise for someone starting out. When walking becomes to easy you'll find something else.
How many calories are you eating? If you don't know the answer to that one then there is a chance you are eating too many. My advice is to cut calories, but not any lower than the number I mentioned above (2136) and then exercise a reasonable amount (between 30 and 60 minutes a day is a good idea). As you become slimmer it will come off everywhere, including the backside.
Can I suggest you read the tutorial?
