| I enjoy running very much and It can be addictive. I used to hate it, when I had P.E, but then I started running with my sister and began to like it. Some ways to make it fun is to listen to music when running, and go to nice parks so you can enjoy the scenery. The thing about running is that it's just YOU, there is no one else there, and then when you start going the distance you feel so proud that you finished it. And also the Endorphins released when running aren't bad.

Wow...60 miles a week...?!? That's commitment...that's over 2 marathons.
I hope you're wearing good shoes. ^_^
Music is good. Setting challenges for yourself is good, too.

Yes.. I have good shoes. I usually order a new pair every few months, and train in marathon flats. I usually run w/an MP3 too.

Drat, I wish I had a mp3 or ipod.

You can get a good MP3 for $30 or $40 or a basic teeny walkman, if the radio stations there are good (I live in a rural area, & the radio stations are terrible). Um, I usually run b/t an 8 min to 8.30 min a mile pace on most days. When I do interval training 2 days a week, I run at a 6-6.30 min per mile pace.
