| My abs are so sore. I have only been doing ab exercises for two days. Should I take a day off or keep at it?

| I personally won't do them more often then every 3rd day. They are so effective so quickly but they do ache and it seems like I need time in between to recover. They really work though, good luck.

Yea, I ask my fitness queen daughter about it today and she said "do them untill it burns so much that it feels good" . I looked over at her boyfriend and him at me and we both rolled our eyes. lol

Hey, I stuck it out and kept doing the ab lounger and today my stomach does not hurt anymore. God, I am so glad.
I suppose now that it quit hurting, I should up it to more of them. I do 100 now. I could try doing 150 or something like that.
