I'm going big on outdoor exercising once all the snow clears. I'm wondering if anyone else loves the outdoors for their primary choice of exercise. What are your favourite ways to exercise outdoors? I hope some of you have really cool and unique ideas for me as well! :snail:

:palms:I am having the same problem right now; snow, snow and more snow......I LOVE the outdoors.  I like to walk, run or hike.  I like to ride bikes(which I haven't done in forever).  You could go to the park play ball, (softball, football, soccer my favorite) if you don't have anyone to play with just do it by yourself(soccer)....if you have kids take them to the park and have fun keeping up with them, I don't have kids but i get to take my niece and nephew to the park, this is a workout.  Hope I helped you in some way......you did get me excited for the warmer weather.........Kendra:dog:

Love to see another fan of the outdoors
Soccer is an awesome way to exercise! I love playing with others and hope to do that this summer!

You know, I practically live outside in the summer. I love doing anything outside. One thing that I do that can be a workout at times, is gardening. I love my flower beds. I would like to eventually some day, have a veggie garden also. But, I don't have room for one right now in my yard.

I was out the other day trying to figure out how to rearrange my flower beds to make room for one.

I always work up a sweat, weeding the garden.

hah, you remind me of my mom and aunt... they are total gardening addicts! My mom always emails me in the summer talking about how tired she is from working in the garden all day!
