Hello all My first post

and thought I would do a post on what i'm using and that is ''appetite suppressants'' I have to admit these things are my god send I personaly have lost 3 stone using these, and I'm looking to drop another stone I have been excercising with this as well though so I don't go home and eat the sofa  but if your struglling with cravings it's very nice Hoodia Appetite Suppressant is a nice place to start about finding stuff out in depth if your interested

but I have used this with my workouts, I'm also going to start using protein supplements since I hear they do great things any But I'm not partically strong and I was advised by a friend that I should use them when I'm more bulked up is he right there? also is there any side effects to using protein thanks

I use Whey Protein powder, but there is nothing special about it, compared with other protein sources (such as chicken breast, white fish, egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese and dried soya mince otherwise known as TVP)

Convert your weight to kilos, multiply by 1.5g - 1.8g. That's how much protein I would recommend (altogether, from all sources).
