Hiya everyone, i am quite new to exercise, its always looked to much of an effort for me. I have beeen on the diet roadshow 4 30 yrs now. In april (my birthdy) and another year older, again i thought get some weight off. I decided to go to our local gym and check it out. They gave me a free pass for a wekk to see waht i thought of it. Its fab i love it. There are other people just like me, struggling along. Because its a health centre, you can gym, swim, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi (not sure i spelt that right) court sports, step and other classes, resterant, coffe shop and lots of other things. So I gym mon wed and fri and swim tue & wed. The monthly subscription is £40 a month as i have off peak member ship, mon til fri 6.30am - 4pm. I can easley pay my subscription of £10 per week, just by not buying junk food. I could easlerly spend £5-6 in one day of coffee and a scone, chocolate bar, packet of crips ect, and it cost £1 just for a bag of chips at the chippy and £5-8 for a indian or chinese takeaway meal. So that is my exercise regime.

I would love to hear if anyone else has struggled to overcome, an abhersion to exercise.

have a good day, where ever in the world you's may be
