Hi, I am an 18 year old girl who is 125 pounds. I do a series of weight lifting along with cardio to loose my last 10 pounds in the weight loss journey. I was wondering how many calories I burn while doing these weight lifting exercises?? 30 reps of tricep extensions (15 lbs), dumbell chest press (20lbs), and squats with weight (10lbs). 60 reps of lunges with weight (10lbs). And lastly, a total of 125 crunches (4 different crunching styles).
