How many calories???

Hi, I am an 18 year old girl who is 125 pounds. I do a series of weight lifting along with cardio to loose my last 10 pounds in the weight loss journey. I was wondering how many calories I burn while doing these weight lifting exercises?? 30 reps of tricep extensions (15 lbs), dumbell chest press (20lbs), and squats with weight (10lbs). 60 reps of lunges with weight (10lbs). And lastly, a total of 125 crunches (4 different crunching styles).

If you could please reply ASAP that would be great! Thanks!

First you will need to time yourself to see how long it takes, and to have a good idea of how intense it feels. Then click the "Calories Burned Calculator" link at the top of the page, select Activity Calculator and search for weight lifting or resistance training.

lifting weights doesn't burn all that many calories to begin with, so the effect of this workout should be minimal....

Why dont you try some natural weight loss supplements instead of doing all heavy exercises.
