as i have lost weight in these few months...i have loose belly fat which refuses to lessen down..can u please suggest me few exercises at home i can do to reduce the size of my stomach which has became very loose after my weightloss ....as i cannot go out to da gym ...can u suggest me exercises at home for stomach as well as hips...

Tricky if it's loose skin after fat loss.
Google you tube and enter stomach toning exercises.
Plank is excellent all round exercise for tummy and core.

Don't give up beatlesgirl, belly is the last part of your body to reduce so it will take time to see the difference in your belly, that is why keep going, DO what you are doing now, you will surely feel the difference.

Sit ups, crunches are good to reduce the belly.

Heard from the experts that it will take more time to reduce the fat in the belly as it is the last part to shed the fat.so dont give up, just follow the same weight loss routine will surely get the result.
