hi guys im having a issue im having some pain in my leg muscles so is it okey i continue my workout or shold i give some rest?
my workout is skiping ropes...and since two days im playing football and even skipping ropes.... i do around 2500-3000 ropes while working out tats it then i do some situps push ups and some cruches...so i was wondering shold i continue or stop for two three days or is it okey to continue :)
joint pain is a serious warning. muscle pain that you can identify as DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is OK to work through, but do make sure you allow adequate recovery, ask yourself if you are working the same muscle group every day, there should be 48 hours of rest. Usually it is OK to do cardio every day but then again usually cardio does not make your muscles sore.
ok thx i did carry out around skiping ropes and regular stuf i do and guess what i dont feel any muscle pain today...seems like i never had any tats weird..
No, Not necessary, if you have pain in the muscles, it means you are weak, so take rest for some days and also have good healthy foods in these days. Taking nutritional supplements is also a good idea to get rid of the muscle pain during workouts.
