Hello, like most of us! im over weight! im unhappy with my body. my current weight takened about 30 minutes ago is 203. i swear i have to wake up every morning and weigh myself, i guess thats a bad thing right??  sooo my goal is too shed down to 170, i start my slimquick hoodia today and i will also be excercise 30 minutes a day [mon-fri] so ill be checking in my with results each tuesday.

so a little about myself, im a wife & a mother too 4 beautiful kids and the best part that made me fat is im a stay at home mom, great!!!    im totally motivated and im determined to lose weight my deadline is april/10 so i hope to met my goal or even better then that lose more weight then what i planned... like most latina women i think i keep most of my fat in the booty, i hate having a big butt! so i want to really focus on loosing some butt fat and of course my gutt[yuk], my hubby tells me i look good but come on! i dont feel good! sooo everyone wish me luck, thanks & god bless...

Welcome! I too weigh myself nearly every day. Officially I check in weekly but I think the daily helps me to recognize how my body reacts to certain things...salt, pms etc.

Oh AND I can relate to the booty as well...I've lost 110 lbs with about 20-30 more to go and I can almost guarantee that its all comin from the booty - gosh I hope so!  lol

sooo today is tuesday and i said ill be weigh in sooo here i goo, no b/s omg i started at 203:nono: and as of right now im 200:grin: so i lost 3 lbs, plus i have busted my A$$ all week working out an hour long instead of 30 min:shock:... i stopped drinking soda and drank alot of water and of course i ate more fruits and veggies then a regular meal but i really do think the slimquick hoodia:shooting_star: is working for me, i noticed i go # 2 more often and im less hungry... soo ill see u next week...shooting for another three......
