Hello everyone,
Started another weight loss journey last week. Having trouble finding motivation but know that I need to lose a few pounds. They just slowly seem to find me until all of a sudden I notice a large gain. Starts with vacation, stress at work, etc and just keeps going. Besides it time to get out the winter clothes.
Currently I am at 145 (lost 5 pounds last week, not sure how that happened) and would like to lose 2 pounds a week to my goal of 130lb. I have never been able to break 135 and was there only long enough to see it on the scale. I stand 5'2" so that puts me at a healthy BMI.
Look forward to joining some challenges!! Thanks for the motivation and the knowledge.

Love the picture! That is a lot of work and is encouraging to know that it can be done. Good job and keep it up.

Yes, do keep those pants.... I keep one of my fat shirts just for a little reminder of why I never want to go back to where I started...
