Hi Everyone...like many of you here I definitely consider myself to be a work in process for sure!
Much of my journey over the past few years has been in losing over 100 lbs - been a struggle at times, but the growth, health and new lease on life that I have now makes up for any of the difficulties for sure!
I'm not there yet but plan to be soon and would love to be able to encourage others that are also struggling with their weight - I'm not perfect or an expert, but I am very honest and transparent about my own journey and I love to see others succeed!
Excited to be here and look forward to meeting you all!
WooHoo!
To YOUR Success,
Paula

| Awesome! I started at 278. Currently at 167. Have a 150 goal and ultimate of 138, but will see how I feel as I get closer. ;)

| It's such a long journey, when I started I thought I'd be happy just to be under 200 pounds, which I was to a certain extent, but when I got there I realized I wanted to do more. Getting out of the 160's has been the hardest for me, my weight loss keeps slowing down. Getting below 200 was hard too. Hopefully the 150's will be easier!

Tell me about it...I was actually down to 158 - then some travel, a move and a job loss - been back in the 160s for a bit now...determined to get there also! We can do it, right?! ;)

Been doing the good old fashioned move my body and counting calories. ;) I wasn't really doing anything before I started exercise wise and had been eating lots of fast food...SO the change of cooking and starting to walk really made a big difference. Now I do cardio (walk or ride bike) 5 times/wk, strength training x 2, Pilates x2 and Abs 2-4 depending on if my strength training is Jillian Michaels dvd which I am doing currently. (no more trouble zones - kicks my booty!) ;)
