i hope i will learn a few stuff around here and also stop my stupid habit (Compulsive Overeating) !
Actully, im trying to loose a little "extra meat".. Im 140 pounds and my goal is to loose a 10-15 pounds but i just cant do it (like a mentioned in the Eating Disorders topic)
Anyways.. u guys seem really nice so I hope to get good tips =)
