Hi!

New member here!

I am starting today....

My boyfriend has taken apidexin and lost 30 pounds, so he decided to offer me a kit.

Let's see how it works out!

I have dieted before but I just love to eat.... I never seem to have the will power to go on and on and on and on....... and when you need to loose 30/45 pounds, youe never seem to be getting there!

So, today is a new day.....

Just have to build up the courage to go weight myself :shock:

I hope I don't frighten myself....

(I'll keep you posted)

If someone has good diet tips.... bring it on!

I need help keeping my eye on the ball!!!!!
