hi all im new an am well on my way to my goal.
im from australia, my wedding is in 4 months an im hoping to get down to a size 8. i was a size 6-8 b4 having my child then i went up to a size 12. im now fitting nearly nicely into a size 10.
im on a shake diet an thats helped. i dont drink alcohol anymore an that has helped to get some weight off as well :) i ahve been on the shake diet nearly three weeks. in the first 2 weeks i lost 3.5kg, i was really happy with that.
the thing im wondering is, im on a very strict eating diet, an im over not being able to eat. i wanna eat a bit more coz im hungry, do u guys think if i eat a bit more an do a bit of exersise i will keep seeing results? at present i do no exersise an i lost 3.5kg.
anyways any help an advice wpuld be great :)
