Hi Everyone,
Okay I'm almost ready to go. As of tomorrow I will have quit smoking 1 yr and 3 months. Unfortunately I have gained over 20 pounds in the process. As great as I feel about not smoking the weight gain is very depressing to me. Adding fuel to the fire My doctor tells me my blood pressure is to high. Another reason to focus on the weight. I joined a gym (Anytime Fitness) about a month ago unfortunately havent witnessed any loss, but a few more pounds of muscle weight. I am ready to get this party started. Went out tonight and spent over $250 on groceries. I am planning to start on Sunday since I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and don't want to put myself in danger on the first day.
