Hi, just getting started in here. I am someone who needs to lose some weight for better health. I am a wife and mother of 4 wonderful daughters(if I might say so myself) Been with the same man for 32yrs. We have 4 grandbabies and one on the way. The youngest is 2wks old. I am doing this for myself and to gain a better grip on my health. I used to weigh 109lbs. when I first met my husband and would like to at least get down to what I was when he first new me, 125lbs. Looking forward to talking with others in the same "health" boat.

Hello everyone, I am new but not to weight loss plans. I have probably tried everything out there at least once. Have Dr. Atkins book sitting on the coffee table.lol Well, I'm finally eating healthy, well, most of the time. I used to not drink water at all, now I am up to drinking 8 glasses a day. I didn't eat Brk.Fst. before, but that is changed. I now eat Brk.Fst., Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. I move around more than I have in years. I have lost 4lbs. already in about 2wks. Well, just wanted to drop in and say hi.
