Hi everyone. This seems like such a great group of people. Like most of you, I have struggled with my weight all my life. I've finally realized (I hope) that a "quick fix" will not solve my weight problem life term. I have about 40 lbs. to lose.
A friend of mine who works at agym calculated my BMR today. However, we ran out of time before I could ask him more specific questions. Is there anyone who can tell me how many calories I need to cut in order to lose weight based on my BMR?
Thanks in advance and I look forward to learning from you!
