Hi everyone! New here. What a wonderful way to begin the new year, Dr. Fuhrman and you. I've been preparing for this for awhile, and this is my first official day. I know that there will be a few challenges over the next 6 weeks, but that's fine. I feel that any challenges that present themselves over the next 6 weeks are simply going to help me to learn how to manage over a lifetime. I don't mind a bit! It's about time that I learn how to take care of myself. I'm looking forward to whatever this journey brings.
