Well, I am down but seriously...half a pound . I am going to be lucky if I loose 2 pounds this entire challenge. Oh well, that's the way it goes sometimes and I haven't thrown in the towel and I don't plan to. I want my weight to be closer to 120 than 125 but we will see. Maybe 125 is going to be my set weight .

Hiker, what counts is that you are still enjoying your life and you are losing, even if its slowly you are seeing small drops, and that is important too!!!! EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS EASIER WHEN WE ARE LOSING! :)

Well, update from me, 154 today. No change. I made my goal for this challenge, and that is a thrill beyond all thrills for me now. :)

Baby steps, its all we can do to keep them thar pounds coming off, and maybe you should shake things up a little too wiht food? I know you are shaking up the workouts, prob. building more muscle with her circuit class and what youre now doing, sore muscles etc...so you are converting fat most likely too! :)

You are doing great!!!

Put me down for 143lbs. I haven't been eating as much cause of some job stress. So, thankful it is working for me instead of against me.

Hey Cport, sorry to learn you are having job stress, that never makes it easy but sometimes it helps us to eat less...odd as that is! I hope it gets better and CONGRATULATIONS on making some progress and coming back down! I knew you could do it!! Perhaps this is what your body, mind needed to break thru that barrier? :)

Thanks BJ! Yea, I don't know if it's job stress or my thyroid meds are finally kicking in full force. But, whatever it is I am glad.

This morning I was down some more. 141lbs.... whoot..whoot... I would love to be back in the 130's by time summer gets here...

Hi I'm just back from holiday in London and expected my weight to be up after all the eating I did but the walking must have balanced that out as I've stayed the same

163lb

I'm on a mission now, got my son's wedding in June.

Congrats Bill for making goal.  It is great to be RED

We are neck and neck on the weight.  My new weight is 279.8

Since I have met goal now I am going for a 5% loss.

Thanks Nir for keeping all the colorful stats.  I'm with Bill hopefully there will be another challenge soon.  Maybe a bunny hop to Easter Spring Fling Thing?

Well, no change, 167.  Had to go out of town due to a death in the family, so didn't exercise as much, or eat well for that matter.  So I guess no weight gain is a plus!

Well this is my last weigh in for this challenge.

Current weight 124.6

I didn't make my goal of 123 but at least I am back down into the range I want to be in. Maybe next challenge I'll make it . Since the last day of the challenge is a Sunday maybe I will weigh in once more before the end, I guess that makes sense and then that can be my start wieght on the next challenge (nice how I assume there will be one huh?)

Nir, thanks again for running this, the accountability  really helps us keep on track. We humans are funny, no one makes us report here, no one is going to be critical and we can drop out whenever we want and yet just knowing I have to report makes me more conscious of what I am doing with what I eat and my exercise. Your hard work is appreciated.

There will indeed be a new challenge starting on Monday

The table is currently sorted by weekly loss and there's quite a variation

i have gone back up two pds because the last 7 days have been an eating frenzy for me, i cant really justify it ( im stressed over changes for me and mj, my gramas probate property situation, Ds hours are slow, we are tight on money again and adjusting to a new puppy, no sleep, start a new BCP pack tomorrow.... but this is life), it is definately a cyclical thing because for about 3 weeks i am on track then i cave in and go bad for a week...basically hurting my efforts, but honestly i am not sure how to overcome it. I have healthy things, I have the workouts, I have the goals each day, but the ability to be strong just gets washed away like its been hit by a tsunami and i cant keep my footing. its a little scary, because its almost like i am sabotaging myself and my hard work so that i cant be thin. (sometimes im so focused like a ragin bull, stay out of my way, but then i poop out and faall asleep mid run and all is lost)

that is crazy. i cant feel that way, but why cant i stop it? i drink water, i drink drink drink, and still i go back. i must overcome this.

so final weigh in is still the challenge goal of 155. Not great considering i was down to 153, but i am a winner still because for the first time i made my goal in these challenges!!! :) Yay me!

No change from last week.  Still I am happy with going down what little I have, just .4 lb from making my goal.

Thanks again Nir for running these challenges.

If you're late don't worry - I'll update table with late weigh-ins.

You can now join the Easter Spring Fling Thing Challenge 2010

SW 52.48 (115.6lb) Final weigh-in 52.97 (116.7lb) this is only a 1.1lb gain but I did hit my target challenge weight at some point and only scaled calories back because I was on target to overshoot, so I consider myself to have been successful. The way I look at it I probably lost 1lb in the last 4 weeks of the challenge - such a gentle loss it was probably all fat so I essentially undergone a bulk/cut cycle.

SW weight gain in September 50.75 (111.8lb) - gain to this point 4.9lb, target gain for end of next challenge is 8lb i.e. 54.38 (119.8lb) so therefore 3.1lb from today's weight. However I will consider myself succesful if I hit or go over that weight at any point during the challenge, even if I finish below that number.

Here are the graphs for this challenge and the entire weight-gain period:

Ok, I am putting down my friday weigh in cause I have been bad all weekend. So, I am sure it would be worse now if I weighed in....

So, put my final down as 143lbs.

:nono: I need to work on that..summer is just around the corner...
