I've recently started taking certain antidepressants that are known to cause weight gain, so I was afraid the scale would go up.

Well, I am reporting no change for me... UGH! 139lbs. Trying to get out of the pink before the challenge is over.
Started to zig zag my calories yesterday.....Maybe I can shock my body out of this stand still.

I'm up from 52kg to 52.5kg (115.6lb). My 'weighted trending average' is lagging behind my actual weight but has nevertheless also increased by a pound over the challenge period. For a while I am planning to embrace the idea that I actually ought to be gaining at this rate (even though I've been at a weight-loss frame of mind for such a long time that this is a bit of a headache) and for the next challenge I will therefore set myself a weight-gain target.

Weighing in a day early. Likely to be the same on my official weigh in day tomorrow anyway. Down two pounds from last week. 
To reach my challenge goal here, I'd have to lose 3 pounds a week for the next 3 weeks and I really don't think my body will give up that much. I do however see myself reaching the 150's by the end of this challenge and will be woohooing when I do.

Thank you for not kicking me out yet! The truth is I have stayed away because I didn't want to say I have gained. Now I am almost at were I was the last time I posted so I guess it will have to make due. Though I think it has been due to my period (lets hope and see if I lose this more quickly)

I weighed in again at 108lbs! Haven't gone up since Thanksgiving thank goodness.
That was with clothing and after breakfast! 
My pants are getting baggy. 
Woah, it's cool to see I've been losing 0.7 lbs per week, because I put exactly that as my goal on livestrong TDP!!

No change for me. Another bad week of unhealthy food though  .
Does anyone have any good vegitarian meals that are quick and easy and tasty. I don't like tofu that much but if it's hidden in something I'll eat it.

Well I have no change either.......but I do have itchy stretch marks...anyone know why??? I read it could be because they are growing, but if I am not gaining, then how are they growing? Thanks for any help you have

SunnyMeg, I don't know why or if they would grow....I don't think they would if you are loosing weight....maybe they just look bigger because there is less of you . In any case if they are itchy, I suggest Udder Cream, I have dry itchy skin, or at least I use to but since I've been using Udder Cream it makes a big difference. I don't know if it's available where you are, I get it at Walmart but it is in the pharmacy section, near the band aids and ointments, not in the section with lotions. If you can't find it I bet there are other creams out there that would help, I would go with a cream rather than a lotion, they seem to hydrate the skin better, or at least I think they do . Good luck, I know itchy skin can drive you crazy.

| Hi sorry I havent updated, Im currently plateuing so my weight is staying between 116 and 116.3. Is it ok if I change my goal to 115lbs. Hopefully the plateau will break soo and I will make this weight. Anymore than this to me will be a bonus.

| Not good, current weight 132.3. I have been on an eating binge again, need to stop doing this to myself. I go along great and then bang....I just fall off the wagon....way off. I don't seem to be able to have a small cheat and get right back on track. I guess I need to work on that.

Hiker, you took the words right out of my mouth. I find it's easier not to eat cause I don't know when to stop...ugh! so frustrating. Well, I guess we both need to work on it.
