Weigh in = 168
That's a 2 pound gain from last week and I'm racking my brain trying to figure out why. I stepped up my exercise routine with 4 cardio sessions and 4 strangth training sessions. My eating was low calorie and lower carb all week. It's not TTOM and I don't feel like I'm bloated or holding any excess water either. My measurements are the same too. Frustrating? You bet! Discouraging and making me want to give up? NO freaking way! I'm going to fight like #%@&! these coming weeks and reach my goal darnit!
Get outta my way fat!

I guess it is possible that some proxy or cache is caching the image-no-available icon (which is obtained for very short periods of a few minutes when I actually update the image) and then keeps returning it instead of getting a fresh copy of the image.
If anyone has any ideas how to fix it for the people who can't see the table, don't keep it to yourselves.

So I was just wondering what everyone was doing to lose weight? Is it a diet, calorie watching, exercise? I have to weigh in soon and am scared to be honest lol. I am really happy for this challenge though, I hope there are more after ; )

Weigh in ~ 112lbs. I gained two pounds! 
It's cause I've been over eating every day for the past 5 days or so. I've been eating a lot of junk food..

I think they'd be able to see it if they cleared their cache or cookies. I clear mine every time I exit my browser.
Does refreshing work?

Ok trying this again!
Current weight is 170.4
Goal weight 160.
I'm realy determined to get this beginning 10 lbs off!
Much encouragement is needed! I've been stuck hear after loosing 30 lbs last hear. Spits been 9 months at this weight! I'm sure my metabolism is reved up enough to let go of ten or twenty more by now!
Ok enough rambling.

I'm weighing in a day early because i'm so VERY pleased with my 161.2
In order to understand my happiness over just a pound, it's important to know that after 3 days of 162 (sunday, monday, tuesday) of last week I jumped back up to 164 and have been steadily dropping-- so really, I feel as if I've lost almost 3 pounds! :D

happy labor day team! :)
today isnt my weigh in day, in fact I would like to change my weigh in day to TUESDAY....aside from any changes that i have along the way! :) Thanks Nir!
I am reporting today that I am still at 157, so i am proud of myself in every way to have maintained this since last thursday! :) If it changes this week I will re-report! :)

Finally a loss, I am down 3 pounds this week. I know that is a lot but it's just becuase I was eating so badly and then got real strict with myself last week. I needed to do that to get myself back on track. I am feeling great about the loss this week but I still have a ways to go.
Current weight 133.3.

I weighed in today at 206.
That doesn't seem right, my eating has been horrible, but I have been working out, so somehow that could have caused me to loose weight, but I still don't feel like it's accurate. I think I need to buy a new scale

Hey Couch, you had a loss, enjoy it and don't worry. Maybe your eating wasn't as bad as you thought or maybe you just offset those extra calories (and a few more) with the increased exercise. We are so hard on ourselves, when we have a gain we never question whether it is accurate or not, we accept it. Why are we so reluctant to do the same with a loss? I know I tend to be the same way, I think it's just human nature. Anyway, if you got away with something, so be it, just keep going you're doing great.

I am trying to get back into shape after my first pregnancy. I have lost weight before...but while I was pregnant ate everything in sight!!!! I would like to lose 14 lbs by the end of Oct. And I would like to get back down to 155 eventually. Thanks everyone!!!
