I am going to take a trip in March in Romania. I have not seen my family for 5 years...Miss them so much that it hurts...
My dear dad is organizing a family reunion. I really don't want to show up like a fatty...There will be lots of pics and lots of goodies..(food)
Please give me an idea how to loose the weight and stay healthy. I am 164(on the doctor scale yesterday). When I left Romania I was 147.
I know its not really a lot of weight. My big issue is that I have no posibillity to go to a gym to exercise. At home I could do it, but after my todder goes to bed..around 11...when I am so exhausted after a long day.
