Chocolate. I love it. You love it. We love it. And sometimes, its just too much to refrain from eating it! And once you start, you can never seem to stop despite us knowing the ramifications to our waistline and our scale watching.
This is not an original idea from me, I just read about it somewhere. But I think it may be a good challenge for everyone. I'm currently doing this challenge and I know for certain some of you will find this REALLY REALLY challenging. I know it's a hard task for me.
Here are the rules:
1. Start today. Every one starts at zero.
2. If you eat chocolate or any food with chocolate, you go back to zero.
3. See how long you can go without chocolate and beat your personal best. I myself with collect the leaders and post them on a weekly basis.
