I'm a bit late with my own weigh-in. I've decided to post 117.8lb, which isn't my average weight but rather the highest weigh I registered for the week. I still have a dilema about participating in a follow-on challenge because I will be expecting weight gain (because, as I've said before, I don't think that the 3lb of weight loss indicated in the table is really real)

Speaking of late weigh-ins, we've just had 6 people drop off the table as they haven't weighed-in for over 2 weeks. Please remember that you'll be re-instated once you post your weight!

As we're in the 2nd half of August, I guess I should ask if there's an interest in a follow-on Halloween Challenge for September+October and whether anyone wants to run it (if people want a challenge but don't want to run it, I will run the next one myself)

Another challenge sounds good to me! Maybe I'll meet my goal next time ;)
Uh, I gained this week. For plenty of obvious reasons [family visits, mostly]. 125.8lb
BUT, my measurements for the month show that I've lost 1" from my upper arm, 1" from my hips and 2.5" from mah belleh - with the rest of the measurements staying the same.
It's so tempting not to own up when I've gained, I'm embarassed.

Well the Monday morning weigh in went well. I'm down another pound to 258. One more and I'll have lost 50 this year. That is my goal before the end of the challenge to hit 257 and never go above that again.

Yes, Nir, a Halloween Challenge sounds fabulous! I think these challenges really help with motivation.
I could run the next one, if you so desire. I practically do spreadsheets for a living these days.

I'm at 136 still, dodged a bullet this week, have to do better the next 2 weeks as I am going on vacation soon and don't expect to be an angel the entire time.

We went camping this last weekend and unfortunately I gained a couple pounds from that and treats at the movies. Food just taste so good up in the mountains though (even when it has ashes from the campfire in it. )

Sorry not to have posted before. I'm visiting family here in the UK at present, not often having the good luck to catch up with my emails, weighing myself, exercising enough (with added inconvenience of being tempted with lots of yummy things), etc.
I was getting annoyed at being stuck, but now I'm pleased that I've not gained anything either.

HI, I was away and couldn't post last week but I tried to stay on track and I am now at 156.6 so I am 3.2 from my last post.
I would definatley be intereseted in anohter challenge, I think they really help me keep focused.

Maintaining 165lbs for the past month and a half. Maintaining I find harder then losing. When you have been on weight loss mindset I find hard to eat as much as I have to just to maintain but loving every min of it

Today's official weigh-in: 241 2 pounds.
I had some pretty bad heart pain last Sunday. I think it was heartburn, but I was not really willing to take the chance with that bad of pain, so I took it easy last week. While I was at it, I took the time to make sure my body wasn't starving. 
So...I'm quite content with this weigh-in. I was actually expecting it to be a bit more. I still think some of it is water. Regardless, back to the grind this week!

| HellRazor, I totally agree, maintaining is harder than losing. I'm not there yet but I have been in the past and I know how hard it is. Maybe you could start a buddy thread looking for others on maintenance, I think the support is really key. Congratulations on reaching and maintaining your goal for over a month!
