My internet was down until today, but on Tuesday (my weigh-in day) I was at 141.0
I'll be back next Tuesday! Hopefully with better results. :)

I'm ready for this challenge! Last time I weighed myself I was 146lbs...I want to make my goal 138lbs...so about 8lbs...I should be able to do this!! I'm about 5'7" so this would be great weight for me I think.
My jeans from last year are a little tight so I need some discipline in my life...it is sooo hard! I love all the foods that are terrible for you....

Hahaha, I'm all to familiar with loving the wrong foods. If nothing else, just start by cutting corners here and there. That's what I did to shake off my addiction to the fast food industry. It was so bad I had weekly rotations of places I'd eat at night. But fear not, we're all here to support you, and best of luck!

This morning I am at 166.2. I really got to work harder, my 20th high school reunion is in 6 weeks.
I most likely will not post next week, I will be out of town.

Hello
I am checking in today - no gain this week - still at 123. I will try to do a food diary this week to see where I am tripping up - and add another cardio day - right now I do 4 cardio days per week for at least 60 minutes and 2 weight training days but I think I need to up the cardio. Talk to you next week.

Hey, we have the same goal......... I know we can do it ...... good luck!
I have started doing extra on some of the other exercise equiptment that I have and I think it helps.....so go for it. Do more cardio.....

Time for my weekly update today as well, so here goes..
Today I weighed in at 405 lbs. for a 2 lbs. drop this week. Hope to beat the 400 mark by the month's out, but I got plenty of time on that, heh.

That's great! Keep up the good work. If you keep it up, maybe you will be past the 400 mark before months end.

I'm holding relatively 'stable' at 120.5
EDIT: Mind you my weight is nothing but stable - it fluctuates on a daily basis (highest 122.2lb, lowest 118.9lb):

Hi there coming in a couple weeks late, but add me to the chart, current weight 220, would like to come in at 205 by the end of challenge! 
Do you mean beginning weight of this challenge or the start of the weight loss journey? If so I started at 247 pounds.

| Lucy, start weight is weight at the beginning of the challenge (i.e. around July 1st). If you don't have it, we'll go with 220lb.

Today's official weigh-in: 264 9 pounds
This is my biggest weekly loss to date, but I lost a lot of it at the beginning of last week. Because of this, I'm pretty sure a lot of it was water weight from my massive July 4th binge.

Hi everyone. I would really love to take part in this challenge, but due to health problems which will mean (probably) me undergoing surgery later this month or early next month, coupled with the drugs I'm on which is playing havoc with my appetite and energy levels, sadly I'm going to have to give this challenge a miss.
Anyway good luck everyone and I'm sure you'll succeed in losing some weight even if some don't quite make targets.

Ok, I said monday would be my weigh in day. So, 126lbs this morning. This is up two pounds from my start weight and up three pounds from sat. weigh in.      
So, I am curious what it will be tomorrow. I will post again if it goes down.......

Just wanted to stop by and cheer everyone on!! I haven't weighed yet b/c my day is Wed. but I'm so excited that it's Monday and I only have two more days!! It looks as if evryone is doing great!! Hmm. I thought I'd posted my weight this week already? Apparently not! I had said I was going to go with Tuesday as my weigh in day, but as the challenge finishes on a Sunday I'll go with that. I always hated having that pesky half-week at the end where nothing seemed possible

I want to join in!
I'll weigh in on Tuesday, because my appointments with my nutrionist are almost always on Tuesdays.
My start weight today: 190 pounds
My challenge goal is to reach 180 pounds so its a 10 pounds lost. I think it's a reasonable goal.

I lost about 3 pounds during last week. But we ate at sonic friday night and ate at kfc on sunday . So what I lost in 5 days I gained in 2 days.

This is a horrible week, I worked out like twice or maybe three times and my eating was pretty #%@&!ty so yeahhh I will start next week lol i went down .5 lbs but its not worth reporting!

Hi Katie you are not the only one i am the same every day past couple of weeks been really bad
i need to get back on track

Uugh. At this rate I'm going to be weighing in higher than my start weight this Sunday. Remind me again how long it takes for the initial exercise gain to sod off? I've been eating no worse since I started exercising every day. Back to it I suppose!
