I was 126.5 yesterday, (same as last week......which I think I forgot to report).  That was absolutely amazing considering how horribly I've been eating.  So, I have 4.5 pounds to lose by the 29th!  Not likely!  Unless.......anyone know where there's a good deal on masking tape? (for my mouth!)

      I have the flu and lost some weight ...i'm back down to my start point of 177, too bad I had to get the flu to lose it but...whatever works.  pretty sure I won't make my goal of  a 10 pound loss but...I will hopefully go down by 5 pounds by months end. Well, back to lying down I don't feel well.

As always, you can see the stats in the first post of this challenge. But I thought I might as well post them here, too!

When I PhotoShopped DeterminedGal's Excel file to post it here, I removed those who hadn't posted in three weeks. If I removed you by accident, please send me a PM and I'll make the correction right away.

Thanks so much to DeterminedGal for all her work in this challenge. It's helped me keep going... my third challenge in a row.

At least part of my success has been the realistic goals I've set.

Congrats to all who have lost even a pound. And congrats to all those who have gained for sticking out the challenge. Odds are, you've gained less than you would have if you hadn't stuck it out!

I'm wondering why my weightloss hasn't been updated. It may have been a loss due to the flu but i did lose it nonetheless...it still says 180 and i'm down to about 177 now..if not less.

Each week the same file is displayed, but it's been updated.

I got to thinking about this last night and I suspect that you simply need to Refresh the display in your browser. It's holding the out-dated image in cache (memory), a trick it does to display pages faster.

We do not judge people and would never decide whether or not to post a weight loss based on how it was lost!

Peter is so right.  True story:  Last week my best bud had the flu and had been sick, sick, sick.  I begged for a kiss hoping it would speed up my weight loss because he lost 7# in five days.  Crazy, huh?  Of course, no kiss.  Some bud, huh?  I'll have to keep plugging away eating right and working out.  Sigh.  :wink: DG

Because the challenge ends on the 29th but thats a friday are we extending the challenge until the next monday or posting our last weight in on that friday?  Im really pushing to get my name highlighted on that list and i think i can do it with 2 weeks!

Let's extend it to Monday since that's the day everyone is used to reporting....so that's gives everyone an extra weekend to get closer to their goal, or meet their goal, or go more beyond their goal....wherever they happen to be.  Onward and downward with those scales......

I've been really busy and I haven't been doing so good about my eating! I am still eating healthy foods but I'm giving in more often to the "junk" foods! I did weigh last Monday and I was 138lbs again! I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and post that tomorrow night! I'm also going to push myself this week more than the last three weeks! Good luck to all!! MUAH!!!!

Not lost anything but, to my enormous relief, not put any on either, which is a small miracle, as I was visiting friends and family last week and had a terrible time limiting the snacks, drinks and huge meals I was constantly being offered .....
Still at 143.3 then. Will have a big job next week getting down to target and losing 4lbs ... Will have a go though!

Sorry for not posting last week but I was embarrassed and frustrated at not losing anything *head hanging in shame* :confused:.  I have lost 1 pound this week however and am at 199lbs as of today.

Hello all, please pray for me and my family, especially my mom and step-dad, today will be my "little" brother's funeral.  He died unexpectedly Thursday pending autopsy results.  He was only 33 years old.  All I can say is praise God for His comfort and peace that can only come from Him.  David's walking the streets of gold, but my heart is still broken.

Weighed this morning out of habit 274, no change.

So for this week no idea if there is a change or not.  I am house sitting for my mom, and her scale is 10-15lbs heavier than mine and don't want to drag my scale over to use a different floor. I know I know a. retentive.

You should see me when I get on the scale.  Talk about A. retentive!  I make sure it's in the same room, same place on the floor and I get on about 4-5 times to make sure what I'm seeing is consistent.  :grin:

15 lbs is fantastic!!!!  I'll bet it's more if you've been working at it this week.  What a surprise you'll have when you get home!

Bert- I'm the same way. Glad to see I'm not the only one!!!! :wink:   Well the 15lbs is what got me past my 4months of playing the  maintaining game; total is 60lbs.   And there better be a difference when I get home later in the week; we'll see.  Thank you for the kind words. Going to start doing something a different too kinda confuse myself; hehehehehehe. Have been doing the same thing since last may and think i need to change it up a little so...  Have a good day guys!!!

Couldn't get on line last week so didn't post.

This week I'm 167lbs and that the first time I've been below 168lbs for years.  Don't think I'll make my target weight but I'm not too bothered now. As has been said before the changes I've made can only be for the better and I'm confident I'll get to 160lbs before not too long.

Well done to all those who have reached their target and also well done to those who lost weight.

I'm weighing in at 159. It was less than that earlier in the week, but it was a rough weekend. And I can't complain about the weight loss!
