Sorry but forgot to post yesterday. Weight still the same as last week 171lbs .
Still at least its not a gain .
I really must work harder at it. I've done is start a food diary and the one thing I've noticed is how often I eat or drink something (other than water) just out of habit/routine. Maybe If I can crack that this week the pounds will start dropping off.

Wondering if I'm the same next week whether I should re-assess my target and have my old target for say end of March.

I am trying to take in more cals to maintain but it is hard without adding junk or eating until I am sick. Dont want to put anything back on.

Hey! Just saw your post! Great job! Sorry I haven't written, its been crazy, kids sick, birthday parties, no babysitter. I feel so bad cause I use to think things like "well, it was your choice to have kids!" when people would complain or make excuses about their kids. Now, I understand ten-fold!!! I think Kharma is getting me back!!! LOL
Anyways, great going on the 4 pounds. I am back on track, too, although this weekend was another big cheating weekend (went to the local buffet for dinner Friday AND breakfast (my major weakness) Saturday morning!!! But I have been reading about how "cheating" every once in a while jump starts the metabolism, so maybe that's what happened. The 19 pound loss (total) is certainly encouraging me to keep going. I'm actually going to take a break from the Nutrisystem. My sister HATES it, so she wants to try something different: we're going to spend a day cooking a bunch of meals together and portioning them out ourselves in freezer containers. We figure that will be cheaper and better tasting. I'll let you know how it goes. Gotta run! gina

Hello
Did not check in yesterday - very busy. So I am still at 124 - no loss but no gain. 
Weekends are still tough for me - and now I'm going to Hawaii - so I won't check in next week but I will check in on Friday and then when I return.

If you give up you ensure weight gain and all that comes with that. If you don't give up and still keep a mindset to try to stay healthy, then the chance of success goes way up.
Giving up is not an option. Please hang in there, you are worth it.

Ok my friends this is Avatar.I did not want to just dissappear with out a word.My husband retired 21 days ago.My life,our life and schedule is in flux.I have gained my weight back and until I get thru this transition I am taking a leave from the groups I am in.Thank for all of you and your support.I will return to fight and win another time when the dust settles from all the changes and new projects going on.I expect it to be a matter of weeks....not months.I will still sign on to read your progress and post a hello once a week so They won't spit me out of here.Love and wonderful wishes for you all and the success I expect to hear about when I return.Please don't forget me.....

I won't be able to check in on Monday -so I am doing it today - yesterday I weighed 123 but I weighed in again today and I am at 124 - this one pound is a struggle - but I will hang in there.
I'm going on a business trip with few days of vacation afterwards. Hopefully the scale doesn't go up but I will do my best. Will check in next Monday.

Another Monday here in UK and two more kilograms down for me - 4.4lbs. Now 143.3 lbs, another two kilos to go! I feel absolutely brilliant!

Happy Monday everyone! Yup, it's that time again....time to report your weight. I'm at 205 today. That's 10 down for the challenge....10 to goal....might have to cut off a few toes to make that, but I'm trudging along.
Anyway, you know the routine. Report your weight today and I'll update the list tomorrow for Peter to post.

I'm 277, down two more pounds since last week, 11 total and 9 to goal. Even if I don't quite make it, I will still be happy. I'm gonna go for it, though!

Good morning,
Well, lo and behold! I lost 2.5 pounds. I am a happy camper, I got past the plateau. That was difficult to sit through but my perseverance paid off. (Although I did whine a little). Life is good.
Current weight: 148

I llike being one of the losers again. Finally. LOL!

Hi all,
2/4/08 - 227 lbs
2/11/08 - 226 lbs
1 lb. lost this week. I'm not surprised. Went out to dinner with my wife Friday night. Ate well but hit the bread an olive oil a little hard. Also had a glass of wine. Sunday I ate healthy too but I think I had too much humus with my carrot slices. Three glasses of wine too. 
Considering this though, I'm glad I still lost a lb. The trend is still downward.

Hey everyone!
I have a loss of 1 pound this week. . I splurged a lot on ice cream last week and im now regretting it.... Just wondering how the weight loss would have been without the ice cream... Well at least I can still report a loss!

Hey 2b,
I splurged some over the weekend too and had a 1 lb loss. That's the real world though, isn't it? We're gonna go off from time to time and enjoy our lives. As long as it's not everyday, it makes it easier to stay with it and your trend is still downward.

Well nothing lost this week. It must be muscle because I started doing a lot more yoga classes. I am trying hard, and I know it will pay off. Patience is needed at this time.
