I am going to say I have stayed the same. I don't have a digital scale so I think I may have lost 1/2 #...but not for sure....so this week my weight is:
158 lbs.

1/28/08 - 230 lbs
2/4/08 - 227 lbs
3 lbs lost this week. I ate more than I wanted to but I worked out a lot over the weekend and I'm glad I did.

Hi DG,
I'm reporting a fantastic 5 lb loss this week to 295 this morning. Since this is my original goal weight could I change my goal weight for the challenge to 290?

Slowly but surely (or better to say "surely slow")-- down 1 lb this week to 142 lbs. Keep it up everyone - now we're more than half way through the challenge!

| To be reasonable I need to change my goal. If I'm 155 by February 29, I will be satistfied. I knew ten pounds was asking a lot. Some day I'll be 150. Just not by February 29. Thanks.

Slow weight loss is less exciting, but usually longer-lasting. I'll take the turtle anytime!

After losing nothing last week, it wasn't much different this week - I think I may be "plateauing" a bit too - but I'll keep on keeping on. I CAN tell a difference in my clothes even if the scale says otherwise. This week's weight 162.0.

Wow, everybody! I'm seeing lots of folks reporting losses!! That's great. I'm here to report I'm at 207 today, which is 8 lbs. lost on this challenge...I need to rev it up if I'm going to hit that 20 lb. mark by the end of February. Even though I walked the most ever in January, I lost the least amount of weight. So...I've changed things up and been walking only once a day (4 miles) with a little jogging (that's how the neighbors feel...LOL) and Turbo Jamming in the afternoon/evenings. Also, changing up the diet a little bit and zig zagging on the calories each day. Hopefully, this will get the scale moving along at a better pace.
Keep up the great work, everyone.
Stats will be updated tomorrow, so please report your weight if you have not done so yet.

Ok, so last week I was at 176.8 and this week I'm at 176.0, so only a .8 loss. I guess things are starting to slow down for me. Oh well, it was inevitable, guess I'm still happy for the loss.

Well last week I weighed in at 138 but when I weigh in this morning it went up to 140!!!! Not sure what I'm doing wrong!! I'll work harder at it this week!!! So I'm back down to 7 lb loss for the challenge so far!!! But not for long! Good luck to everyone!!! MUAH!!!!!!!!

wish i could say that i've lost..I'm up to 180 from 177...I hope that this week will bring a bit of a difference..and i'll finally lose at least a pound or two....wish i could merely get down to my starting point..that would be nice.

Down one more pound this week. So...
Starting weight: 200
Starting weight (for challange): 157
Current weight: 147
Loss this week: -1
So that puts me at 10lbs gone this month, which I think is pretty good. And I think I am on target for my goal. So thi smonth I have to lose another 6lbs to hit my challange goal, and I think I can do it!
