| Ugh, I now weight 126. I gained a pound. I have to admit that I haven't really been trying, just feeling sorry for myself. I can do it! I will start trying again and hopefully make it. As for now I am +1 :(

| Looking forward to joining the challenge. This marks the next step in my weight loss program. I currently weigh 240.5 and by February 29th would like to reach my interim goal of 229. I know that a challenge motivates me. Over the past year I have lost 65 lbs and kept it off. This January I am trying to lose the next 65. I need all the help I can get.

I've never done this, so not sure if I just post my info here??
current weight = 144 lbs
target weight by Feb 29th = 138 lbs
goal loss = 6 lbs (trying to be realistic!)

Monday morning check-in!
68.2kg (down from 68.9kg last week)....only 0.2kg to go by 29th of Feb!!
(Um...translation = 151.56lb today - last week was 153.11lb) - only 0.44lb to go!)

Last Monday I was still at 140lbs. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning! (fingers crossed!)

I knew it was a bad week for me. No weight lost. I'm very surprised. I did NO exercising and my eating was terrible. My cold is back and I feel miserable. All excuses I know. Someone kick my butt. I really need to kick it into "high gear" this week.

Yes! It worked! Took it all very seriously last week and lost another 1 1/2 kg - 3.3lbs! Am now down to 68 kg - 149.9lbs. Onwards and downwards!

By the way, for those of us that do not weigh-in in the nude, what weight are you giving for clothing, shoes, etc.? I have always been using 3 lbs.

I got sick, ate too much, didn't work out much, and ate Chinese spicy food so that I could breathe, but ended up also bloating me up. So, I'm unfortunatley 3 pounds heavier.

Hi DG and fellow weight losers,
1/21 - 231 lbs
1/28 - 230 lbs
1 lb for this week (went away for the weekend with my bride and enjoyed ourselves but still netted a loss ).
This is significant for me as I've hit the 60 lb. loss mark as of today since I began on 7/16/07.
Let's keep in up!!!!

I managed to drop 1.5 pounds. At least that's what I'm going to call it. I wish I had a digital scale. This one can be a pain to read! 13.5 lost. Another 6.5 before the end of the challenge!

It seems too early to hit a plateau but sometimes weekends play havoc with my eating and exercise times.
