Today's weight 138.8 
I have to be ok with that because I have been sick and on meds and just really started to exercise this weekend. I will stay motivated! Thanks DG for the challenge and for all you out there who are resolved with me to lose some extra weight and live healthier!

hi, i'm joining a bit late, but i'm hoping that this will motivate me to stay on track! i'm currently 133.5 pounds, and i'd like to be down to 125 by the end of february.

I have lost 2 more lbs!!!!!
Wow, I am now at 160 lbs (my goal weight)...I am gonna try for another 5lbs by Feb.29th.

I slipped on my diet Friday and Saturday night, so I only lost one pound this week, but that's better than none!

Ugh, now I'm up to 236. I was actually up higher. I'm just now back DOWN to 236. 
Next week you should see more of a drop from me.

Bad girl Bad girl! I stayed the same! I went to a Chinese buffet over the weekend :( On the great side, I haven't had caffeine in 3 days now! Don't seem to miss it much either. Actually I am getting more done without it! Go figure! I hope the rest of you had a nice weigh in!

oh the insanity of it all. I made sure i lifted and exercised very well this week and guess what I am at 226. For those of you who are losing I am so proud of you. I am a five pound gain this week

I have lost one more pound. That's three total so far.
It's not fast weight loss, but at least it's steady.

Hi;
I weighed in today and lost another 1.8 lbs and I did have a few glasses of wine on the week-end. Thought I would be up but lost almost 2lbs.

I am at 174 lb - that is a 1 lb loss. Wish it was more but I have to admit that I haven't been too focused. Have given up diet sodas though & can already tell a difference in my waist line

No Change for me this week...........so many are doing so good. Sorry, didn't get to post yesterday, my Dear Hubby is back in school full time(bless his heart, full time college at 49 & just got his GED last year)(I am so proud of him, can you tell) , and he had homework to do, so he hogged the computer all night and I was running late in the morning so didn't get to post it.

| Unfortunately I am 169.2 this week-that's up .8 from last week. I'm bummed, because I haven't really cheated at all-drinking my water, exercising, and it just isn't coming off.

Weighing in this morning, I found I am exactly the same. :(
I don't know WHY I didn't lose, I've been really "good". I guess some weeks our bodies just hold on to more than others? I don't know, I just hope to have a loss next week.

| Just remember that this can come and go in stages. I have read, and followed the advice, that you have to mix it up a bit. Have a lax day once a week, to keep your body gueesing and always working. Keep it from getting into a routine. Not to mention that .8 lbs is really quite small when you think of it in terms of what that weight could represent (undigested food, water, etc.)

Checking in.......no loss but no gain!! Trying to stay positive since I just had my 3 cheat days during Weight Loss for Idiots. Holding steady at 6.6 pounds lost so far. Back on my 2nd 11 day cycle.

I haven't been great about posting my weight (actually I haven't done it since I posted my original weight). I started at 152 on January 2nd and am now at 149 on January 23rd.
