I still haven't found an avatar I like yet. If I could find one of a White tiger I would love it. Well any way Here I go.
I had a ruff week I do so great last week of losing 4lbs this week I gained 2 lbs.

Dear Katzie One day at a weight watcher meeting I showed up with a gain of ten pounds! Yup I had a bad week but quess what? it is behind me now and....we move on girlfriend! You will do better this week! hugs

Well, I'm not happy...I gained .5 lb. I do not like Mondays! I need to strive to get through the weekends without gaining!

I stay the same as last week - 175lbs. But I am happy with that because it was a really difficult & stressful week for me with an insane amount of food put in my way at work. So to not gain was a blessing!

Ugh. I was 140 today--up 1.5 lbs over last week (although still down from my starting weight)...I guess I'll have to "step up" my stepping time this week!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it when I steped on the scale this morning!!!!!! Last week I had lost 3 lbs (which was great) but this past week I lost (drum rolllll).....
4 MORE lbs!!!!!!!! OMG!!! That's 7lbs all together!! I've been doing really good about eating and I'm not craving bad foods all that bad!!! I'm so happy!! Good luck to ALL or you, I hope we all have another great week!!! MUAH!

This week -3 267lbs
I feel pretty good about it, that brings me to 40lbs lost since I got serious about loosing weight. I've had to buy some new clothes lately and it's nice to buy smaller clothes. It's not HUGE changes, but clothes that barely fit a few months ago are now too big for me. I actually bought a shirt tonight, off the rack, that was too big. This is not someting I'm used to. Now I get to go thru my closet looking for those clothes that I bought months ago, that never really fit right, and give them another try....

So sorry I forgot again on Monday! Weight was exactly the same as last week. 295 which is still 7 lbs more than when I started. :(
I'm not giving up though! Congrats to those who lost! I'm proud of you! Hope to be joining you soon! :)

Checking in for week 2 of the challange (my weigh-in day has always been Tuesday). Two more pounds down, so I am ahead of the game of my 2lb per week goal, which'll be good incase there's a week where I don't lose as much as I'd like.

Start 1/2/08 = 160.6
1/8/08 = 159.0
Today 1/15/08 = 156.6 !!!!!!!!!
I keep a daily food journal and note the calories - which helps keep me honest with myself. I walk (and run a little) 7 days a week at least 35 minutes. I use a downloaded weight tracking program, weight commander, plus the weekly check-in here is a great motivator.

PS I just noticed that the BMI ticker reads 24.9 with today's weight... in the NORMAL range!

Today's weight: 163 (Tuesdays are weigh better for me--forgive the pun! I had weighed 166 yesterday. I hate weekends.)
That's right on target for 1 lb./week, since I'm down two pounds!
But this is where I often start to stall or creep up again. I am sticking to my food journal faithfully this week to hopefully avoid that!

Sorry I'm late this week. I was having problems with the internet. I did weigh myself on Monday. A whole 170! I was excited. I'm hoping I'm not dropping muscle instead of fat! Great job everybody!

i am reporting in...i am at 176.2 that is a 2 lb weight loss since last week! YAY I just realized i should adjust my goals though, as they ask me to lose more than the healthy 2lbs/wk..... may i change my goal weight to 164lbs? Thanks!
