~Good Monday Morning Everyone~

My weigh in this morning read 241. I've been sick and I wasn't sure what would happen.
I have been managing to get my exercising in. With the weight training I'm doing I can see my bicepts again. Also been drinking that water.

Actual weight (its from saturday, monday is no good weigh-in-day for me, so I always post the result from 2 days before): 143 lbs

I am now at 162 lbs. 2 more lbs to go until my goal, I may have to change that!

Confession time. Didn't drink enough water. Didn't stick with salad only for one meal a day. Beginning weight-180. Todays weight-177. Gain-2 pounds. :( Will do better starting today!. Drink more water! Eat more fiber!

| Here it is week two of this challenge.I lost another two lbs. Started 160,last week 158,and now 156.I hope I can continue losing.It really makes it hard when you can't excercise due to spurs in your disks.

Well, fell off a little this weekend but still had a weight loss so guess exercise is paying off. Overall, feeling really pumped about getting to my target!

Hello
It's Monday - checking in - today's weight is 125 so I am down 3 pounds - eight more to go 
As I said Monday's not a good weigh-in day for me - Friday I was at 124 but I'm gonna stick to Monday weigh-in and report - it'll keep me honest during the weekend.

Hi DG,
1/7/08 - 235 lbs
1/14/08 - 234 lbs
Weight loss 1 lb.
We had a party to attend Saturday and it was tough to resist everything. We also had pizza Friday night. No excuses, I know.
The interesting thing was that on Sunday AM, after the party and Friday's pizza, I was 3 lbs heavier (237). It just goes to show you how much salt is in snacks and fast food. I was able to work that off on the stationary bike and still be able to record a net loss for the week!!
Everyone; DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! We CAN do this!!!

Yep, I'm happy too!!! One lb a week is 52 a year. That's a big number!!!

This week, about 10 of my friends all noticed my weight loss, so I guess it's truly happening. Funny, this time around I don't really care if they notice because I'm doing it for me.

| Agh, what a horrible week. Our whole house is sick and I just haven't had the energy to exercise and we haven't been making all that healthy eating choices. As a result I am up 2 lbs, back to my starting weight for this challenge. Thankfully we are all getting better and I am going to make it up this week.

hi everyone...
I'm at 249.6!!! That's a good loss for me. I did go and sign up for weight watchers again a week ago tomorrow. I just cannot do it alone. I have almost zero support here at home. But that's ok. I'll just have to figure out a way to pay for it since I am not working!!!

Well, this is the reason why I get discouraged. I've gained back the three pounds I lost last week. The only thing that I can think of that was different from last week was I perhaps ate more carbs. Being a vegetarian this is my downfall. We'll see what happens next week.

I lost one pound, plus the three pounds that I gained last week due to water retention. Isn't water retention fun?
Now at 121. Lost one pound (although it may look like it was 4).

I know I talked last week about the quick (water weight) loss and gain of people my size and the need to take an average instead of a weekly weigh in, but since mine has been a steady downward slide and I have been really good with my NS, I want to take credit for the full amount. I'm down 11 pounds to 289 as of this morning! If I have fluctuations this week, I'll go for an average next time!
